Last year when we refinanced with RFC it was the most fustrating thing I had ever done. There was no communication and it tooh 90 days. I was told by Jesse elam that in a year he could streamline the loan lowering the payments. Two weeks ago I authrozied him to run my credit report to start the process. Haven't heard from him and I have tried to reach him numerous times. he doesn't answer or return calls. this is the same issue I had alittle over a year ago. Screw this company stay away from them. Don't deal with Jesse Elam.

Residential Finance Corporation helped me refinance my mortgage for a lower rate with cash out to pay off bills and to do some home improvements around my house. Lee Pearson, SR Loan Officer provided a hassle free, pleasant, easy process for my refinance. He did all the leg work, made numerous phone calls to answer my questions and reassure my concerns. He was very informative about the process and explained in great detail what was going to take place and what my best options were. He is very knowledgeable. He was also able to save me some money in closing costs. I never felt left out of the loop during the process. At closing, Residential Finance's documents were accurate and well organized. The company worked well with the Title company; again a hassle free process. I also received my payout in a timely, secure manner. I would highly recommend their company. Now is the time to try to refinance and consolidate bills if you can. I was very satisfied with Residential Finance and completely at ease with working with a company by phone/e-mail.

Recently we had the pleasure of dealing with Troy Tiedemann and the Residential Finance team. My family and I were going through some trying times. We'd just sent our eldest to college and having three others from High School to preschool was stretching us pretty thin. I decided to follow up on a letter we'd received stating that we were pre-qualified for a great refinancing plan. You know the drill, we get a number of these every month. I was skeptical but figured, "what the heck". After talking with Troy, who was very polite and forthcoming regarding rates, the process etc. I was cautiously optimistic. How could we possibly save 400-500 a month simply by moving around the existing money we owed? Well, a month later we closed and my family and I are smiling and happy. We went to dinner and a movie last week for the first time in months. Throughout the process Troy and his support team were amazing. Troy was always in contact, providing not only detailed information on what we needed to do but why. He was available whenever we needed him. He even helped us out of a jam after hours despite being on his way to the airport to pick up his daughter. Working with a Troy and a team so dedicated to helping us improve our quality of life was a blessing. We can't thank Troy and Residential Finance enough for bringing some relief and joy to our family. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

My husband and I are forever grateful and delighted with the professionalism of your Sr. Loan Officer, Daniel Sa. We are very thankful we made that phone call inquiring about refinancing our mortgage. He was not only extremely nice but also understanding, professional, patient, kind, human and above all he speaks Portuguese like my husband and I. He made the whole process so much easier and his tireless effort to answer every question we had and let me tell you, we had them! We were able to refinance and pay off our debts and now we are able to finally breathe. He has been amazing to work with and he kept us informed every step of the way. Well definitely recommend RFC to everyone we know! God bless Daniel Sa and all of you at RFC. Thank you ! MUITO OBRIGADO!!!!!

Recently, my wife and I needed to refinance a home loan. I was very hesitant to work with a company over the phone/email, but decided to give it a chance. I feel like we got very lucky getting the help of, Joanna Ross, as our loan officer. She was wonderful, keeping me informed every step of the way. The bumps in the road we encountered were troubles on my end. However, Joanna, told me we would work through them and get this loan completed. She absolutely, went above and beyond to really help us out and she succeeded in getting my loan completed. I would definitely recommend Residential Finance and especially working with Joanna Ross.

Recently my wife and I started looking to refinance our home mortgage as HUD had closed our current lender Taylor, Bean & Whitaker. Through Lending Tree we were contracted by Rob Cecitti.

He was great to work with. He was quick to respond to any question I had and kept me fully informed with the progress on our applications.

Hi...Just writing to say what a Pleasure it was dealing with Riley Guy of Residential Finance! He was polite, informative and efficient!... I received a mailing and was hesitant on calling...but SOOO glad that I did. Riley walked me thru everything - even while he was on vacation - he would return my calls..HOW GREAT IS THAT!?!?!? He truly is an asset to his Company. I would highly recommend Refinancing with Residential Finance Company and asking for RILEY GUY!!!!! He is the best!

We were told that we were approved for a mortgage and all was well when we received a phone call from the Appraiser of all people who told us that the appraisal was cancelled. When we called numerous times to see what happened with our loan we never could get a hold of anyone. We left messages, we emailed and they completely ignored our attempts to contact them. What happened? Who knows because we sure don't! My advice would be to stay far away from these people! We should have known something was wrong when we were told we had to pay for the appraisal in cash. The signs were there!

Despite an earlier review, these people are trustworthy and gave me perfect service. I was nervous but they kept their word and helped me through a bad situation. I rank them highly. My Loan Consultant was perfect. She and her team or processors were always in touch. You can trust these people.

I was contacted by the company regarding my application on Lending Tree. The loan officer was knowledgeable, returned all of my phone calls and closed my loan fast. My rate was great, the fees were low and I got exactly what I expected. I will strongly recommend this company to my friends and family.

I received a piece of mail advertising a low interest rate for a government loan from this Company. I called the number on the flyer and was greeted by a profesional knowlegable banker. From the first conversation to my loan closing, everything I was told came true. I was given a low rate on a 30 year fixed loan. The process was quick, easy and painless. A notary came right to my home and closed the loan less than 2 weeks from my inital conversation. I would strongly reccomend the company to my friends and family.

my wife and i was badly deceived by the loan officer in Tampa, Florida. he stated that we was approved and only thing we needed was the appraisal. after days went by no emails/phones call i was cheated out $450.00 on a appraisal. do not do business with this company.

Residential Finance was a pleasure to deal with. They made the mortgage process easy. I have purchased a home through RFC and refinanced through them. They exceeded my expectations both times. They kept their promises and helped me immensely. I highly recommend this company.

Given the concerns about the mortgage industry, I was cautious in dealing with a company over the phone and internet. Residential Finance did not let me down. They provided a very good rate and great customer service. I am happy to recommend this company to others, and have sent family members to them already. You can trust this company. They are very highly rated by Lendingtree and they did everything they said they would do.
