There is always a long weight. Our server was very rude. The food was good as all Olive Garden's are but I would not go back to this Olive Garden again .

If you have to watch your salt and fat intake, don't eat here!

This is low-rate food for sure. The food at the Garden in Beachwood is not completely inedible, but there are plenty of other Italian restaurants that do better, so why bother? Every course was overly salted and was probably at least 50% fat. I'm a salt-lover, so I'm not afraid of it, but this food was almost painfully salty. I bet even the dessert (which we didn't have) are salty! The risotto was disappointing. Besides being almost too salty to eat, it was gummy and seemed to have heavy cream in it. That's not how you make a good risotto. The table cover and all the menus were sticky, which is gross. The place was not completely filled, but we still had to wait at least 20 minutes for a table. The host and hostesses were only minimally responsive. On the plus side, the waitress was very nice, and we tipped her well.
Pros: Good wait service (the hosts not so much), some food is OK; adequate parking
Cons: Some dishes not so good, too salty and fatty; long wait for table; competitors do better

Every time I have been to the Olive Garden the food has been awful. Everything comes in frozen, from what I understand, and it always taste awful. The pasta is gross, the salad is like any other and the breadsticks are the same as you can get in the frozen food isle at the local food store. They overcharge for food that is gross.

Clearly some people need to be educated in authentic Italian cuisine - The Olive Garden comes no where close to this!!
Pros: inexpensive
Cons: poor quality, poor taste

Olive Garden is a chain... plain and simple. Thier food is bland and uneventful...who needs a never-ending pasta bowl when it tastes like show leather.
Pros: inexpensive, accessible, good salad
Cons: bland, cold food, bad wine

Calling the Olive Garden quality Italian food is like saying Taco Bell is authentic Mexican food.

Just as good as Tuscany itself

The Olive Garden in Parma is one of the best resturants in the Parma area. The atmosphere is comfortable and warm and the staff treat you well. As you get served, expect large helpings and great italian food. Even the price is reasonable. Great pick!
Pros: great food, atmosphere, price
Cons: parking, crowded
