A young lady clerk and another clerk (man), would not give me there names to report them to their manager. They were both counting money for 20 minutes while I waited to buy just two instant lottery tickets. I asked how long it would be and the little girl clerk got very rude with me. While I was waiting for my tickets, they were discussing how the peanut butter on the mouse trap in the back created tons of ants, "They are everywhere!" said the female clerk. At this point I asked again, "How long, must I wait much longer?" They ordered me to go elsewhere for my tickets! There was a long line behind me, so she finally sold me my two 10 dollar tickets. That is the last time I get gas to go near this location. All week, I tried to call the manager, he was never there to take my call.

THE MOST HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE EVER! CLERK "CAROL" REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. IF MY DOG COULD SPEAK HE WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO ME IN THAT MANNER. I FINALLY MET THE DEVIL! SHE WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE.AND HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WERE UNBELIEVABLY UNREAL. YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE INSANE TO LET SOMEONE LIKE THAT WORK FOR YOU. I BELIEVE IN HAVING A BAD DAY BUT THIS WOMAN WAS FOR REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the luckiest location in Ohio to buy lottery tickets, so says the Ohio Lottery Commission. However, employees at this location leave much to be desired. They are rude and offensive. One particular moron found it necessary to call me names and lift his middle finger high in the air at me, with plenty of other shoppers in the store. No discretion. I attempted to cash in some lottery tickets and was publicly humiliated. I have shopped there for some twenty years and will not return, no matter how much luck they bring...
