THE WORST! Hired for wedding. They sent the wrong limo bus and the one they sent had no air! When called because the limo they sent would not fit the entire wedding party, they refused to fix the situation and instead thought YELLING AT THE BRIDE and telling her to get the F*** off their bus was a better option!
RUN THE OTHER WAY!

I have used Shima Limousine for over 20 years now - they have provided outstanding service. They have been able to respond to all of our needs and last minute requests and changes. They provided transportation for my neices wedding and went above and beyond the call of duty. They make you feel like part of their family.

I HATED THESE PEOPLE! first of all they sent the wrong car to pick us up then when the driver got lost he started to back talk me when i was telling him this is not my hotel. THEN they quoted me one price while they over charged my account twice!!!! i wouldnt let anyone try using these people again. im contacting the bbb and whoever else that will listen to this horrible service!
If you want GOOD service do not use this COMPANY!! Company is very deceptive. Sent wrong vehicle, driver was rude and racist. Made the comment "You people are always late and never on time." Meaning "black" people. Company had already debited from checking account. Then, the company made an unauthorized debit from banking account after I called to complain to the manager about the company's bad service, rude driver, and even more rude manager. I gave it one star just to post my comment. Otherwise, it would be -100%.
POOR EXPERIENCE--I booked this service for my son's wedding. The last payment made was very slow clearing the bank. Not a big deal. i called for several days in a row before they were able to tell me , yes they had the check and I was ALL PAID UP except for the cash tip. The driver received the cash tip immediately, then proceeded to tell the groom that I still owed $178 dollars!! The driver was polite, but insisted many times we still had that balance and ended up with my son's credit card number 'just in case'. Shima already had all my account information, this was not necessary. I called immediately Monday morning and the woman confirmed I was indeeded all paid up.. The office worker had not posted the payment correctly. This mistake was EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING TO ME AS WELL AS MY SON THE GROOM. This was the only problem with the entire wedding day. I will never use this service again and will tell anyone asking just how embarrassing it is to be asked for money on a wedding day, spoiling the pleasure and joy of the day. The driver was very polite. The restroom was not working . The tv's were also not working. Some of the guys wanted to watch a little sports. I was not told use of the restroom was $100 extra. I am writing the company to complain as well as sue for emotional distress!!!!!!!
We used this limo for travel to and from the airport to the Cleveland clinic. They were on time at every pick up and Abraham and Tom were both courteous and friendly. They both made us feel very welcome to this city. Both vehicles that we rode in we clean and no odors and were very nice! Made our trip much easier. Will use them again if in the Cleveland area for sure!
The limo smelled strongly of sulfur fumes on our wedding night. due to "bad gas".A few miles before the best man was to be dropped off, smoke started pouring into the limo.The limo became fully engulfed in flames and luckily no one was hurt.Our extra liquor and beer werecompletely incinerated. When I went to their office I found it unlocked , however the office was completely empty with all their limos open to the public. Seemed awfully unprofessional.I called the number on their door and was answered by a lady.I told her who I was and asked her what she intended to do about our liquor and refunding our money.She called me a liar and said that she hoped her insurance company would give us nothing.Seriously, Shima, why would I lie about one bottle of liquor and three cases of beer?Alls I wanted was my $80 for the liquor and the my money back for the ride that almost killed our best man.Accidents happen but try a little courtesy next time.
If you want great service do not use this service. It's the day after the wedding and we are contacting the company to be sure they are picking up family from the hotel today!! Yesterday the company left them stranded at the Church! Your reading this right! They brought our family, waited during the service and then left toward the end. After contacting the company we had no success of securing transportation. We had to scramble to to get guests to their destinations! Later in the evening guests needed to be transported to the reception which turned out fine, but transportation back from the reception was very tedious due to the fact the company sent a vehicle that could only seat 7 people. Additionally, service's for the entire day were fully covered with a credit card but the company had the driver bill us again for the evening?? If you do choose this service, ask for Bruno our evening driver. He was very courteous and empathetic to the days events and not very happy the company sent a 7 passenger vehicle for such a large group.
They pride themselves on not being a company that "baits and swithes" its customers, but that is what they did to us on our wedding day. Not only did the limo bus that we reserved not show up, but it was an entirely different company! The quality of the "stand in" limo bus was no where near what we originally rented and we were charged the same price. Upon voicing our concerns to Shima, we were told we would be reimbursed the difference in cost of limo services - after a month of waiting for a check in the mail...we are now contacting the BBB, and other outlets for complaint.
