Needed a hitch for my father in law's new pick up (he's really picky about who works on his vehicle.) They reassured him that they'd be extra-careful and you can be sure he checked out every inch of the truck before he left. Hitch was installed "without a hitch" and Dad was completely satisfied with the work.
