Poor Customer Service

I went to Spitzer Lakewood because I was looking for a Jeep and live in Lakewood. It should have been very convenient. I received terrible customer service. The salesman Lee was very rude. He told me that other dealerships were lying to me and the prices they quoted were not possible. I took my business to Arch Abraham in Elyria, even though it's not as convenient, the drive was more than worth it. They gave me a great deal and were very helpful. I will never go to Spitzer for any service because of the way I was treated.

Great place to do business

I bought my first car at this dealership last year. The experience was so smooth and professional that I have since sent 2 family members and a friend in to buy cars. All of us are servicing our vehicles at the dealership, and could not be happier. The entire staff is warm and friendly. Have not run across one insincere person there, from the top guy down to the super guys who always wash my car! It sounds a little corny, but I'm consistently treated like "family" there. Can't thank them or recommend them enough for taking the hassle out of things I used to dread! Keep up the great customer service...I know you will.

Don't go there

I got a tire rotation there. They forgot to put the lug nuts back on one of my tires and the other 3 tires had them barely put on. I drove away and almost crashed as I had little steering. Two mechanics drove my jeep prior, one to park my jeep after it was done across the parking lot, and another to drive my jeep over to me for pick up. It was obvious something was wrong when driving and they couldnt tell!!! The tire without the lug nuts had the studs break off and also the brakes now have something wrong with them because of all the tires being loose and/or not on. Another time I had a repair which my jeep was brand new as the ceiling fabric was coming off. They had to glue it. They had sticky glue all over my leather seats and I could not get in it. I asked them to please clean it off and the mechanic said he couldn't as he was off the clock. There was no one else available. I had to yell at him and then he cleaned it. Do not go here for anything, they always screw up.

We were very pleased with our Jeep purchase. The sales department was excellent, the service department is another story.
Their oil changes are very overpriced and take 2-3 hours.
They quoted 1-2 hours to install our soft top, but took two entire days to complete it. We picked up the Jeep only to find the top was installed incorrectly.
We had an issue with our brakes, took in the Jeep for diagnostics. They said nothing was wrong. We took it back several days later and had to drive them in the Jeep so they could understand what the issue was.
We were promised a call back on the next day, did not receive it. We called the following day and they promised to call back later in the afternoon.....still no call.
Frustrating experiences. Buy car here, service it somewhere else!

Congrats to Ahmed you just made manager. He was the salesman who put me into my dream car at a great price. From then on service was even better. They always washed my car after servicing it and I think that's a great touch. In addition, the whole car buying process was smooth sailing. Thank you guys!!
