My nephew died on September 20th. He was 5 years old. My brother and his wife chose this funeral home to take care of the final arrangements. I have never seen such uncompassionate people in my life. They were not only uncompassionate, but one of the staff was actually rude to me when I politely pointed out that the music was not working correctly. I wouldn't recommend this funeral home to anyone who has lost a DOG, let alone a family member. Update: I talked to my sis in law and I guess the owner gave her a lot of discounts on his casket, and the services. So, while I think that's nice of them, I still would not use this funeral home again
PROS:
CONS: Rude, uncompassionate people working for this company.

Thank You for your response, I write this three and a half years later as I create our own website and see what is on a "google search" We are sorry for the bad experience you had with our funeral home. I looked at the file today to refresh my memory. The family and extended family was very large and sometimes this can lead to miscommunications, especially if someone is unhappy about something. Every detail is IMPORTANT to us, from special music, custom memorial folders, to the certain cemetery arrangements we completed to help the family. Our standards are HIGH and we feel bad if the family is unhappy about something, usually it can even be something very small. I know we learn from our mistakes and improve for the future. I wish I could have talked to you in person. Thank You, Jim Yuhasz
