Tim Hortons

I was very disappointed. Usually I do not expect much in fast food customer service. I went through the drive thru and said in a polite but loud voice (so they can here me I have a soft voice) "I'll have a blueberry muffin and a small iced cappacinno and that will be all." Then the person on other end says that will be $$$ and the yells at me "and that will be all." I left without getting my food and called them up. The manager took my complaint nicely enough but didn't try to fix the situation in any way. I will not be going back.

The drive thru staff is great at this restuarant. My wait time is very little. Coffee is always hot and made up according to my instructions. Never have had a bad experience yet other than gaining weight from the doughnuts.

This is an outstanding place for good coffee! The iced cap is to die for! Muffins fresh and really good. We stop here for coffee over all the others!
