Do not let this company in your home. They will not take responsibility for any damage that they cause. They installed a furnace, through the weatherization program, in my home 5 months after I bought it. They showed up at my home at 7:30 am on a Monday, without an appointment, beating on my door for 45 minutes until my neighbor called me. I had to ask them to leave and make a proper appointment. My whole house humidifier worked well until they destroyed it, left the chimney cap hanging off and as I found from 2 other companies left many other problems. I notified Central Heating in Dec. about the humidifier and chimney cap being off and expressed how it caused problems with my 3 yr old daughter sleeping in her room because of the noise. I was repeatedly asked to give them 2 weeks to get to me because they had customers without heat. We were promised that they would fix things. The Chimney cap was not fixed until March, because my 1 story ranch's chimney was too high to get to. Now, although they broke it, they wanted to charge me $300 to replace the humidifier. The owner tried to say they did not touch the humidifier yet pictures and 2 other heating companies state that the frame behind and around it is brand new and the humidifier is not to be attached by a frame at all. They are disrespectful, liars and this is nothing but a scam!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! The owner has a bad habit of lying, dodging and chastising customers to get them to back down.

They have installed a Trane 95% gas furnace. The exhaust PVC pipe and the intake PVC pipe have been installed in 1 of the 3 chimney flues which gives the best solution for the exhaust air and reduce the pipes in the basement. In addition, they have installed a chimney linear for my existing gas water heater in the another chimney flue. \r\n\r\nThey have installed an extra ground wire from the furnace to the electric panel. However, the city inspector wants it to be removed. Not sure the reason.\r\n

The workers who actually did the on site service were wonderful however I know for a fact that the supervisor and the installer who came to our home are no longer with Central. I was so impressed with their work that I purchased the year-round service plan. The company never followed through for the spring clean and check call (which was already paid for in advance). They then called (after the contract had expired) to ask if we were interested in a maintenance call since we were such valued customers....yeah right!!
