We took our laptop in for a broken screen because we dropped it. Found out that there was more damage than just the screen and they recommended not repair it due to overall cost. We bought a Toshiba laptop from them, they waived the service fee as well as transfered our data for free. I am definatly recommending them to friends and we bought a second laptop for our daughter.

I broke the DC Jack on my laptop and they were actually able to repair it after 3 other stores told me I had to buy a new laptop. The service was good and pricing was fair. They kept me appraised on when the part would be in and when it was fixed. Would definately recommend.

Took my two pc's in to get confirmed for a lightening damage insurance claim.
1 ) They charged me atleast 20 dollars more per pc for diagnostics because it was an insurance claim.
2 ) They bent the pins on one of my processors.
3 ) They lost my hard drive.
4 ) They don't call you back and avoid you.
PROS: They did try to make things right, but it wasn't enough.
CONS: Read the review.

We took our personal home computer here to be cleaned from a virus. They quoted us a price that was very high and we got a second opinion. Their price was almost TRIPLE what we ended up paying. They were young boys at the shop, and were playing video games both time that we went in there. They were talking about things that should not be talked about with customers around. Would NEVER go back.
