This place is great for families. Although their fitness room is small they have all the important pieces of equipment to provide a total body workout. The VAC is also a great hangout for kids. They have tons of after school programs and sports teams for kids (and adults) of all ages and a small arcade area. There are two large gymnasiums were games and practices are held. The prices are great and they are always offering specials for membership. Also included are some great classes-belly dancing, kickboxing, mommy and me class, and yoga to name a few. The owners and employees are also helpful and friendly.
