Ghetto Violent Bartenders. I went to this place on a Friday night. The bartenders were drunk and rude. They threw ice at the crowd because there were still patrons in the club at 2:30 a.m. Then they proceeded to follow us outside

Tinas is within walking distance of Paul Brown and GABP. Great place to go before and after the games or to watch the games. The food is really good. The service is even better. Try some of the Best Chili in town
