Disappointed in product and service. Bought a King-sized bed a little over a year ago. Didn't realize how heavy it was. My wife and I can barely lift the mattress off the bed. Makes flipping a pain in the butt. Bed is showing impressions already, and will be uncomfortable soon. Nothing I can do, however, since it's out of warranty. But the real issue is with their frame. Piece of junk. Three bars that go across the wooden side rails of my bed with a center leg for support. Legs started leaning, probably making the impression worse. Tore bed apart, straightened legs, only to have it happen again. I noticed the clamp holding the two-piece support together was weak, allowing the legs to lean.

I took the legs to show the people at OMF (Original Mattress Factory) but got minimal help. Asked if I was moving the bed, which I was not. A bed will move around on its own over time due to getting in and out and other night time activities, but it wasn't like I was shoving the bed out of the way to sweep under it. No way could I do that with a bed so heavy it takes two adults working hard just to lift the mattress.

The problem is the design of the center supports. OMF sells expensive beds but offers junk to put them on. The only solution they offered, since it was out of warranty, was to send a serviceman to see if I had put the bed together properly. If you choose to buy a bed from them and have a wood frame with wood rails, buy the frame (basically center support) from another company. And I'm not crazy about their mattresses or the quality of sleep either. For over a thousand dollars, you should get a good night's sleep. Very disappointing.
