David's Bridal

I try to look beyond the staff, first you need to remember that they are human. Second you are human.I am a vendor that contracts with David's Bridal, the store in Warren is the second store I've dealt with. First one was disappointing for the same reasons, staff was a little bit off. I took the 1 hour drive time to go and meet the staff BEFORE I signed my contract. I felt the staff in Warren to be very warm, considerate and interested in meeting the needs of the Bridal party. I spend 2 days every other weekend there and watch the interactions of the bride and her consultant. I've been impressed.Please don't judge the company or the store by the way others feel but, on how you treat them and how they treat you. The consultants are willing to work with the brides and give their trained recommendations.

I don't know what these other people are talking about. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They weren't snobby and didn't give me attitude. And from the sounds of the other reviews it sounds like THEY were the ones with the attitude problems not the David's Bridal employees. I couldn't have asked for better service and I was confident I was getting a great quality dress for my money. I would recomend it to anyone! Just don't judge this bridal shop based on the other negative reviews. It's a wonderful, clean, organized, friendly shop! PROMISE!

I only went in there once and that was for a homecoming dress and I have to tell you... I will NEVER visit that place again in my life. The sales consultants were very stuck up and snuffed me off with their noses up in the air. I just can't figure out why a place would sell lots of plus sized dresses and then act very rude towards someone that needs one. I was so angry how they treated me because of my size that I wanted to just walk out of there without buying my homecoming dress even though it was the perfect dress. The employees there are the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life!!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but since there's nothing lower...

This place is horrible! when i got married 3 years ago they still had crappy service and there employees need a reality check on life. i was told by the guy who was fitting my dress that i needed to lose weight mind u i just had a child,,poor pooor service STAY AWAY!!

This place has to be one of the worst rating companies around! The employees have the most HORRIBLE attitudes! They treat you like junk the minute they find out you don't like what they picked, or perhaps you can't afford the one they picked. And forbid you ask about layaway! They look down on you unless you're tossing money around like nothing! They made my whole wedding experience horrible and just plain made me feel bad! Thankfully a BETTER business made me feel happy again about the wedding. I would NEVER recommend David's bridal. Matter of fact, I've warned many brides to be to stay away. Most of them were already aware of them...too bad I hadn't been!

Davids Bridal has an excellent assortment of gowns, prices are very reasonable. Only trouble is with the help. The girl at the front desk seemed totally disinterested, bored, and a little arrogant. The saleswomen huddled together in a tight little group and eyeballed us up and down. It was a terrible shopping experience because of this. Would not recommend this store.
