This place is nothing but trouble. It used to be good when we moved in three years ago, but since then they are under new management and they are terrible! Nothing but empty promises and carelessness from the people working in the office. Apartments have been broken into and cars. Finally when our lease was up we escaped only to be mailed an outrageous bill for "water" which apparently they bill 3 months behind, even though you pay a water bill almost as soon as you move in. This place is nothing but trouble and the staff is clueless! Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Nice lovely impressing apartments and yet expensive but hey it's Reynoldsburg. What can you say? You would wish that the price of a two bedroom was the price as a one bedroom and a price of a one bedroom to be cheaper but the space is wonderful. It's almost luxury but I haven't moved in yet. I just looked around the area. So I bet their fees are high and they are about their money. Apartments can be very slick when it comes to that so the experienced may not break but for the first timers please spend wisely and don't go past the deadline due date for rent.

The positives:

Nice maintenance staff. Very helpful.
Decent community amenities.
Nice location.

Negatives

- Their punch line is "We Love our residents". The truth: They love the "Green" and as long as residents ensure that they sign up for long term leases (atleast yearly) and renew their leases for similar periods they are fne. Their short term lease fee is nothing short of ridiculous ($150/- over their market rent). The market rent that they charge for each apartment changes each month based on their whims and fancies (they call it their systems) and the residents have to bear them.

- Very unfriendly staff: The apartment manager and the senior staff can be rude. Beware!!! They appear to be at their best till they have you as residents. But things changes after you are tied up. The other staff is friendly but have no powers..

- 2 Month notices: Not ideal when life/your work does not give you such long notice.

- Lease periods: After your initial lease, if you need a shorter one, they will not offer you one that you need. They will offer you one that they have..and that too at a significant premium. This means that you do not have the luxury of asking for a 3 month or 6 month lease after your lease has expired. It normally is 7 or 9 or whatever they have.

- They love their computers and not their residents: The computer computes charges and the staff will not work with residents on issues. You forget to pay your rent by the 3rd of each month and they will penalise you no matter what the issue is. The staff claims that their systems cannot be updated.

Live here if you know your lease term.

When we moved back to Columbus after several years in Chicago, my wife's employer provided temporary housing at Alexander court. They are clean, spacious and have great amenities such as fitness center and pool. Each unit has a breakfast bar, washer and dryer and dishwasher. It is in a great location too, just mins from 270 right off of Broad Street.
