Parma Auto Title Svc

7/12/07 I went to Parma Title today ,I wish I had never seen or been there it was truly a NIGHTMARE I just cant stop thinking about it, our family had a trip planned this weekend and im not sure this mess will be straight by then. First I called 3 times in the day to confirm all I needed to get my 2 titles transferred and trailer plate , I was told I can get it all done there ,to say the least nothing was accomplished and I may even have to do twice as much since I stepped into the place, I get a dark haired woman to take care of me she has no idea at any moment what she was doing the entire time she asked every single step twice to the blond woman there(she seemed to know her stuff ) and still was unsure now the blond was nice there n rolled her eyes most of the time but still tried her best to help while tending to someone else . this dark haired woman should never be there to touch any important document she has no clue for real,, no exaggeration, she looked at the titles like she had never seen one and asked everything that was on there I had to walk her through from the counter as she typed ,she then after many times asking the other woman for help came to the counter and wanted to total my payment n taxes she told me I had to sign a few places on the title pointed to exactly where I should sign on TWO titles then looked at them n said I think maybe I should have signed there ,im not sure,
went to ask for help again then I was told I had to sign the line above , then right after tells me they may not accept them because no changes are allowed, I should have grabbed every thing and ran out by then I truly regret it now, I said should I just take this to the real title place I thought you were able to do this here? She said you may want to, then said they would have them ready by 1pm tomorrow if not rejected so now I may not even get them?and id have to get old owner to get new titles for me who is 1hr away , She then totals my bill when all done I think I charged you for notary instead of title transfer I said the guy I spoke with said 17.50 n she says yes n adds it all over again ,so I end up $95 giving to her , there is so much more that happened here I just cant type it all !!! I then ask can I get my trailer plate she asks what form n how n on n on again!!!! Begins to fill it out says it will take 2days I ask can it be sooner then she asks again the poor blond that has to work with her ,says rush 3.50 extra ok that fine get all the papers starts to do them by now im freaking out looking for candid camera I even seen one there , but this was real!! I cant believe this all is happing to me I ask so I may not have my title tomorrow at all?? Check by 1pm and maybe I then ask how much is the trailer plate and she has no idea and says so several times then encourages me to go to the license bureau they will know it might be better for me, 45 mins here I spent and left after $95 and left mad angry frustrated not knowing what more will go wrong tomorrow when I try to get my papers back I truly think they may lose them n just incompetent to handle this I never been to any title place run like this I m at a loss and I just think I made a huge mistake going there drive home just going crazy
then she calls me im back to medina by then ,says I owe 10 more dollars ,im sure she didnt think of this on her own the blond woman had to look over her stuff after all this ,any way by now I cant just be nice anymore I say no just wait there ill be there to get all my papers and she says no she had to leave ,I say I need a manager or owner to talk to right away im worried here she says shell leave a note on his desk ,she leaving ,i just works here she tells me!!?? I try to call back and no answer I let it ring hundred times so im left wondering all night what kind of place did I go today I should have left work early even if I cant n get this done at a place that knows how ,I have to wait and relive this all in the morning now and miss time from work and have to go through even more trouble .

One thing is for certain, you do pay a bit more when you user their convenince for getting your plates. I for one truly hate the DMV lines, and how the customer service is so lacking. When you visit the Parma Auto TItle, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how helpful and caring the staff is, and more importantly, how short teh wait is! You'll pay a bit more for the service, but its well worth it.

the reason i picked very good instead of excellent is because you have to pay a little more for there service , i know alot of people would not like to do that when they can do this themselves . but i am a very busy lady , and if i can avoid going into the dmv $15 or $ 20 dollars doesnt stop me when life can be made more convenient.
all of the staff guide you when it comes to what paper work you need to get plates , or titles . you bring in what they tell you . and that day , sometimes the next your plates , tags , paperwork is completed notarised ect, and you pick it up . everyone is well versed , and i never have stumped them with a question yet .

PROS: staff knows what their doing
CONS: a little costly , but i think worth it
