I would have to agree with a previous post. The ladies at the front desk have very bad attitudes and are very rude. On the other hand I really did like the Dr.'s there, they were very kind and considerate. But I refuse to spend my money where I am not treated accordingly. My advice would be to get new help in the front or have a meeting about Customer Service!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the Dr.

I've been taking my pet to the Austintown Veterinary Clinic for over 10 years. I cannot express enough how wonderful everyone is, from the front staff to the techs to the vets. Everyone has treated my pet and myself with nothing but respect and concern for the issues my pet has. The front staff has always made sure I was able to get my pet in when I call at the last minute. Thanks to their concern, I brought my dog in after a serious incident and it ended up saving her life. Dr. Bestic was wonderful before and after the surgery. I would recommend Austintown Veterinary Clinic to anyone who is looking for a new vet.

I can't take it any longer, I have endured the Nasty attitudes of the two ladies behind the counter for too long. I had heard ahead of time to just endure them, the vets are worth it. The Vets are Nice and very helpful but unfortunately not worth having to deal with these two ladies. I strongly recommend staying away from this clinic. If you think, no big deal, I can endure their shortness and rude behavior, Think again. When something is wrong with your beloved pet and you call, only to be dealt with first by someone with a nasty attitude, who frankly doesn't want to be bothered, its just not worth it!!! Get some new, friendly Receptionists/Secretaries, that is my advice to this Vet Clinic.

The staff was very helpful and understanding. They were available to answer all my questions and concerns. The prices were a little expensive but it was well spent money. They took car of my sick little puppy just like it was their own. If you have a little extra money to spend than you should definitely go here.

PROS: great staff and customer service
CONS: a bit on the pricy side

Overall this is a good veterinary clinic. The pricing is a little more then other places, but considering the location of the clinic, it is understandable. The staff is friendly and they're very understanding. They will also work with you.
