Courtyard-Columbus Airport

This is actually a Courtyard by Marriott location, not a Marriot Hotel location. The thing that impresses me the most is the way the employees treats the guests. Granted that I was there for an extended period of time and made them quite a bit of profit, they do seem to genuinely care for the guests and want to be personally acquainted with the guests. They try to remember your special needs or habits, and there is a Guest of the Week program where they randomly draw a name and deliver a gift basket. Everything the employee does for you just makes you feel wonderful and at-home. They have different types of rooms, including suites and rooms with spas. You can also request rooms with balcony if you like. The regular rooms are not equipped with a refrigerator, but if you request for it, they will deliver a personal refrigerator to your room. Broadband connection is available, and the business center is quite convenient. If you need something, just ask the front desk. They will try their best to help you, and you can tell that they really try. They are just a few miles from the Columbus Airport, and there is enough parking around the building. It is directly behind an Exxon station, and there are McDonald's and Waffle House around. The restaurant also offers breakfast. However, the price is very high.

PROS: Personal relationship, fast problem solving, excellent attitude, location.
CONS: Pricy breakfast bar.
