Braverman's policy (explicitly stated in her medical assistant's voicemail message) is that the office calls you regarding significant abnormalities in bloodwork. I had bloodwork done a year ago and received no call, so I assumed everything was okay. I went in for a check-up not too long ago, and they informed me my bloodwork HAD shown a significant abnormality. I asked why they had never called me to inform me of this, and they said they had been waiting for me to call them for the results. Her nurse practitioner apologized profusely for the mix-up, but Braverman herself never did. I have a condition that I could have started treating a year ago had Braverman followed through on her explicitly stated policy of notifying patients of abnormal bloodwork. This experience made me very wary of Braverman's level of concern for her patients, and quite frankly, it made me angry. I would not recommend her care to anyone, and will be looking for a new doctor soon.
