Moved from Cincy 34 years ago and took the family back last week. The cinnamon bread and gingerbread men were fabulous. I had to special order the cinnamon bread but it was worth it. So many things aren't as good as you remembered. This one DIDN'T disappoint!

What a little gem tucked away in Mt Washington. I stopped one morning on the way to work. They had the best fresh coffee and danish. The bakery is very small not a lot of displays and I only saw 2 workers. They seem to have very limited hours . Mostly catering to the weekday morning crowd. This is a stop you should make if you want a treat on the way to work.

I love stopping by Mt. Washington Bakery on my way to work in the morning. They have the best donuts and pastries, and they are always fresh and inexpensive. I love their cinnamon squares and have been getting them since I was a kid! Try one, they are great!

One of Mt Washington's long time shops! This bakery is one the most special shops in the small Mt Washington shopping district, and one of the most long lived. It's products are great, and are sold by local hospitals. They can and will do custom orders, and stopping there Sunday morning for some fresh baked doughnuts with your coffee and paper is a tradition in our home.

The only downfall I can see here is with aesthetics. As with most if the Mt Washington shops, the upkeep is minimal, and renovations are sorely lacking. This shopping district could rival Mariemont's, but so far the money and effort needed has not been afforded.

Parking is streetside or a handful of side slots on the side of the business.

Mt. Washington Bakery is the alpha and the omega. the Mesopotamia of my life. Birthday cakes in the early 80s, adorned with the faces of Cabbage Patch Kids and Michael Jackson, came from here and graced birthday parties of mine and my siblings. They have some great Latin American sweet stuff there now, and it's just so old school you'll feel good about patronizing it.
