EXCELLENT
I went to Dr Williams for the first time 30 years ago. I had been to 5 dermatologists who had all treated me, without success, for the issue that Dr Williams identified immediately. He gave me a script and told me I would probably need to refill it 2 or 3 times and that if I followed his instructions that the very itchy, painful issue that I had would be completely gone in 3 months. Well, I was skeptical because I had already seen other doctors as I previously stated. But I followed his instructions and used the medicine and in 3 months it was as if the problem had never existed. And it has never returned. I have a lot of problems with skin issues and have gone to many dermatologists in the past. Dr Williams is not only very patient, kind and professional he is the very best dermatologist I have ever received medical care from. So, I don't know who you are eric, but if you are in need of a good dermatologist, you should return and give it a second try. Dr Williams is the BEST!

I also am not sure if Eric saw the same doctor as me. I saw Dr. Williams for the first time this Monday, and he was patient, professional, and extremely informative. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone, especially anyone concerned about their skin conditions or moles. It did take quite a while to be admitted (I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time), but this seems to be the norm with skin specialists, as they are always in demand.

l don't know who eric s saw, but it was not the Dr Williams I have seen. He is very attentive and extremely polite. He has always taken time to explain, in terms that I understand, my condition and the treatments he prescribes.

I just got back from my appointment with Dr. Williams and I was a bit worried after reading the one review posted here. I did indeed get the "older gentleman" who was Dr. Williams, so I was even more concerned when he entered the exam room. He ended up being a completely pleasant and knowledgeable fellow. He put me at ease almost immediately and described everything to me in laymans terms so I could easily understand my condition. What more could you possible ask for from a physician. Heck he even gave me a $25 coupon for my prescription!!! If you have a dermatological need do not hesitate to visit his office. However, it took me almost a month to get in so make your appointment sooner than later.
Oh, and they have a parking garage in the building so parking is a breeze too and it only cost me $1 to park in the middle of downtown.

The older gentleman is very impolite, rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. He constantly interrupted me while I was answering the questions he asked before I got 5 words out of my mouth and he told me; quote "give one word answers because I really don't care what treatment options you have used." The worst service I have ever received will not go back. I do not recommend his service to anyone.
PROS:
CONS: rudeness
