We bought a used car from Progressive Cadillac in January of 2009.

The salesman was nice after some initial wierdness - he acted like I was wasting his time at first.

We did get the car we wanted at a good price. After inspecting it closely we found one tire that had a flat spot which is causing ride vibrations. Someone lowered the tire pressure on that tire, possibly to mask the vibrations. At the flat spot there is almost no tread left. The tires are very expensive ($200), so I guess they didn't want to replace it before selling.

If you buy there, you'll also get harassed by a telephone survey company who won't stop calling even if asked. For that reason alone I cannot recommend this dealer.
