Great doctor. Works great with kids. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin for all young kids especially kids with special needs. My son Micheal has been to several dentists and Dr. Rubin is the best!!!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr Ronald Rubin and Dr. Cindy Pong. They are not in our network for insurance but we are immediately switching our children to their office. My son was scheduled to have a tooth removed which is very scary for a 6 year old. They made him feel very calm, he went back with ease (I did not go back with him and didnt feel like I needed to) and when the procedure was finished Dr. Pong made sure to go over everything with me for my sons care. The office is designed beautifully and the staff were just amazing.
If your looking for a dentist that will care for your child then this is the one for you.

You are better off finding another qualified pediatric dentist in the area. The office staff is rude and condescending to parents. The office atomosphere is loud and chaotic. Dr. Rubin and Dr. Pong refuse to let parents come into the treatment area with their child, which is VERY disturbing. I witnessed a dental hygeniest refusing to allow a small child (who was at the dentist for the first time and very upset) to even seen Dr. Pong or Dr. Rubin citing to the parent that the child's behavior had to change. I have had much better experiences with other pediatric dentists who are truly concerned for the child's well being and want to be inclusive with the parents. These people are terrible.

very colorful office, friendly staff, efficient, understanding. Most importantly Dr Pong is kind, very thorough in explaining all she did & will do, and LISTENS to the child! My kids have had 2 other peds dentist's & Dr Pong by far exceeds their and my expectations! She was out of network for us, but OH SO WORTH IT! My kids will be there until they are adults- how much better is that?

Pros: understand kid's needs & anxiety as well as parent's concerns- good teachers!
