My neighbor takes dogs here that he fosters for a different rescue. The dogs have all looked good when I see them and he's always been pleased with the vetting. I have had very poor experiences with a VCA vet hospital in Chicago and therefore am very cautious about this business.

Every appointment I had they were 1/2 hour to an hour behing. I received several mail notices that were either outdated or inaccurate. However the office still schedule me an appointment wasting my time only to find out there was nothing that my dog needed. Denied 800petmeds request for heartworm refill indicating he needed a bloodtest, however, not true. The office staff is not personalable, barely knowledgable and the place is always out of the products your pet needs.
