I worked for that company for one week, yes one week. It was horrible. I felt sorry for the customers. They would purchase furniture, pay for it and not receive it for months. The customers would call up complaining day after day and I didn't blame them. That is why I got the ax from them, I caught onto their little scheme.

Should store name to RIPE OFF CITY order and paid for three pieces took two months to get, but in the mean time gave us loner sofa with dam bears on it a chair that was the wrong color call time and time again not a professional in the hole store. No i will not tell my friends well maybe a couple of death ones to help close the doors of HELL forever.

Spare yourself any grief with this company and don't buy from them. They are horrible in sales, delivery and service. I have been waiting 3 months for my furniture and can't get a straight answer out of them about anything. They keep passing it off onto the manufacturer. Absolutely ridiculous that they can conduct business in this manner and still be in business. Based on what I'm reading here, I probably don't want my furniture as it seems to come broken or in need of repair right out of the box!!!

Unprofessional, rude, argumentative. The day our furniture was delivered we noticed defects (3) and called immediately. It was a full 3 months later before we had resolution. At one point they took one of our defective pieces and replaced one with a piece that was to be delivered to a customer the next day. I was shocked and horrified!!! I had a representative argue with me, one cried pleading me to be forgiving, phone calls were not returned, I was hung up on, ... absolutely horrible.

I ordered a dining room table and chairs on Oct 13th 2007. I was promissed that I would have it for Thanksgiving.Then I was told the set would be in and delivered the first week of Dec. No call came in so we called with no satisfaction. On Dec 16th the set was finally delivered but the delivery men broke one chair and four of the other five are uneven legs so they rock. Many calls have been made and we were told they would replace the chairs. Now it is Feb. 27th and still no chairs. We made another call with more runaround and now we are told they would be in around Mar. 15th ( yea, checks in the mail). Unfortunately the set has been paid for in full. I will never buy from this company again and tell anyone I know to stay away.

They sent me a sofa that "was brand new, but a lady wasn't ready for it." The sofa had a chunk out of the cushion the size of an orange. It wouldn't fit through the door so they brought in a loveseat. It had blood stains on it and smelled like "Carpet Fresh" multiplied by ten. It just gets worse.... I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered furniture on August 8, 2007. I have not yet received the furniture as of December 20, 2007. I have never received a call about this furniture from the company except as a return call about my inquiries as to my furnitures whereabouts.
