Bill Doraty Kia in Medina, Ohio is DEFINITELY the Number One Kia Dealer in Ohio. I did my research online and they answered every question completely and their response time was by far faster than any other dealer I contacted. They also were the only dealership to give me upfront discounted pricing. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted warmly and received excellent service. The Optima I wanted was pulled up by the front door waiting for me to test drive. The salesman was very thorough in going over every feature of the Optima. When I sat down to negotiate the deal on the Optima, the pricing was exactly as quoted. My entire time at Bill Doraty Kia was less than 2 hours before I drove out in my new 2013 Kia Optima SXL. I would recommend Bill Doraty Kia to anyone wanting to purchase a new Kia.

You couldn't pay me to buy a car from this company again. Bought a brand new Sedona and have had to have it towed to the dealership no less than a half dozen times. Had free oil changes and tire changes for life then told only to 60,000 miles. Never signed anything stating that so the increased limit to 100,000. Had an extended warranty which they never seem to locate whenever I have come in for the tons of work that has been done to this vehicle. You cannot tell me there isn't anywhere in their system to include your extended warranty that YOU sold me. If you like gimmicks and a company that plays games to get you to buy a vehicle, then this is your place.

The sales person that I had was Mike Harb, and he was a World Class Sale Rep. I had an awesome expierience, great service and best of all is someone that you can Trust. I would Highly Recommend, if you should ever be in the market get in contact with Mike Harb at Bill Doraty Kia his personal line is 440-476-5271.
I even have his number programed in my cell phone contact list for my car needs. The Management Staff is also Great. This is the place to go to and make sure you only deal with MIKE HARB

I have never been more impressed with a car buying experience, all staff and managers were helpful, AND Bill himself took the time to thank my wife and me for our business. Bought a 2010 Kia Soul limited, I came in on a Sat. I saw a add that said free cavs tickets with a test drive. I called to see if they still had any and they did not. I still went in any way because i wanted to see the Soul. When i got there they where very nice. I took the car for a drive, traded in my old car and was home in 2 hours, with a brand new car, Awesome experience. They called me to ask about my experience i told them things went great, they said they would call me when they got tickets in for the Cavs, they havent called yet but feel that they will. Nice job Bill Doraty! Keep up the good work.

I do not believe that Bill Doraty Kia sold your phone #. Are you sure that # didn't come from wherever you bought your previous car. My suspicion would be the bank. My # is private and that has been the only business that has gotten my phone #. My advice is type the phone # on google if it happens again. Warranty calls are a marketing scam, there are many reviews online regarding these. Check on your suspicions before you start making comments and maybe ruin someones integrity

As for Bill Doraty Kia, I have had no problems so far with any of the staff, especially on Free Car Friday. Kudo's to you for using a different approach on marketing and advertising.

I hate Bill Doraty Kia. I walked in the dealership as i saw a used car on the lot that wanted. The problem was not with the car it was with the sales people. Mike Harb was the sales person. He flat out lied to me and to my wife. The fiance staff and Bill's personal assisant who lied to me and told me that bill was not their when mike harb told me he was. I was going to buy a 2002 gmc sonoma for 8700. They told me that if i traded in my 2000 s-10 they would give me 500 $ towards it. I asked them if i sold my truck else when and i put 1500 $ down could Mike get it done. Well after 3 days of waiting for a phone call and 3 days after i had sold my truck. I had to have my wife drive me out their only to find out that it could not have been done. Mike Harb lied to my face and bill doraty you are deceptive and full of lies.

I purchased my KIA from Bill Doraty five (5) years ago for $11k. I've spent $4k in repairs. Despite the amount of money I have dumped into this scam, the staff continues to be disrespectful every time I visit (which is quite a bit now that my car has almost 80,000 miles on it, and according to the service manager, Dan, that makes it an older vehicle.)

I was in there yesterday for service and one of the lady employee came down and was yelling at one of the customer service girls right in front of customers. Do you really need to go into a work place and hear that? That was very disrepectful for the customers to hear. Do i want to come back and deal with that. NO . Am I thinking about switching dealerships????? YES. This is not the first time that i or someone I know has come into the dealership and heard employees yelling at each other. Hey Bill can you give your employees a class about being respectful when they are at work and dont have arguments in front of customers.

we went to bill doraty on tuesday and looked at vans or dealer jason showed us all the vans yet failed to ask the two most important questions-what do you have down and what would you like your payments to be. well jason kept going and going and finally came to us and said WE HAVE YOU APPROVED and then told us all we needed down was 4000 dollars and 518 to 528 a month! well being parents of 3 that was a bit over the top to us which we told jason and he said not to worry they would work with banks and call in the morning which guess what... NEVER HAPPENED!the best part comes on halloween, jason called to say he thought the could get a new van for 350-375 a month with nothing down, it was the end of the month so they were trying to clear the lot. this was at 1 in the afternoon and jason said he thought the finance lady was on the phone for our loan and that he would call right back well- three hours later i called him back he checked with financing to say they were still working on it and he would call back in twenty minutes which yet again never happened so two hours after his twenty minute deal i called again and told the receptionist it was halloween i was taking my kids out and if jason would like to sell a car he CAN CALL ME IM DONE CHASING HIM DOWN! well needless to say HE NEVER CALLED BACK! I think bill doraty needs some family guys in their working who have a sense of the real world and not some "kids" that have no sense of the expenses after you grow up and move out of your parents. and the funny thing about this all is we just got a call from another dealer as i type to tell us not to worry they have a loan in our needs and then threw in "WE DID NOT JUST FORGET ABOUT YOU LIKE BILL DORATY" because yes we told them and will tell everyone DO NOT GO THERE!go ahead kia and write another review on top of mine defending yourself but you know what? the customer will decide and this customer sure in the hell has!

I was the Inspector that looked at the vehicle after the Customer "COOKED" not overheated the engine.No company or manufacturer would have paid for that type of negligence. The driver was at fault. The dealer or the warranty company had nothing to do with her actions.

We bought a new Kia Rondo - Love my new car however before we drove it off the lot we noticed sever small scratches on it and wanted them fixed. Told no problem! Then when I got home I noticed that the passenger mirror was totally cracked. Called salesman to add to the "We Owe" slip. We have had several problems with our "sales person". And we flat out told him that his customer service was horrid. He did not agree, but reminded him that the bottom line was that "The customer is always right". Twice we took the car in to be fixed to New status. The first time we were told that we were given the wrong date, then the weather was bad (less than 2" by the end of the storm) and they repairman did not want to drive from Brooklyn to Medina. I e-mail the New Car Manager weeks ago and have never received a reply. How sad is that? I can not recommend anyone to this dealership.

My brother called the dealership to see if they could help. After two weeks with no return call. I Called and talked to the salesman and the lady in finance it has now been another week since that call with no return so I wrote to the internet and also no return reply. I will never do business here again nor recommend it to anyone else

My salesperson was a pleasure to work with and asked me a lot of questions to help suggest the right equipment to suite my needs. I was then whisked into the finance person and was out in less than 15 minutes with almost no pressure. I am so happy with my car and the continued service I receive from Bill Doraty KIA.

I have brought my car in for service many times, each time being greeted kindly and promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about the service department. We purchased a Kia Optima from Bill Doraty on a Friday. We were owed the part to fix the door locks, which they told us would be in the following Monday. The part did not arrive at the dealer until Thursday. They made an appointment for us to come in and get it fixed, but when I told them there was more than that listed on the "we owe" slip, they said I'd need to reschedule. The sales manager we dealt with was a complete jerk who said he hadn't signed the slip and that they owed us nothing more than the door actuator. So, we made three 40-minute trips to the dealer just to get the door part replaced. The first two times, the wrong side part had been ordered. The third time it was finally fixed, and we were given an owner's manual. To sum it up, it took three trips in one week to get one service completed. At the beginning of the third week that we had the car, we received a letter from the bank that said they would not finance us due to "insufficient auto credit experience." Who gives a financed car to a customer without properly guaranteeing a bank loan?! Anyway, I made three phone calls to straighten this out, all of which had no response and forced me to leave voicemail. The title clerk returned my call and said the bank had been changed to another one. Well, when were they going to tell us? So, our salesman, whom we never had any problems with, returned the call and said that everything was taken care of at the original bank. Plus, he said we'd receive a V.I.P. card good for car washes and oil changes. After all of the hassles that we had through this dealer, I would not recommend that anyone else do business with them.

PROS: The salesman was very informative about the cars.
CONS: The service requests were amazingly slow. The sales manager was a jerk.

When we purchased our car here we were very impressed with the salesmanship of all the guys here and all the employees involved in making the deal happen. Besides having a great rebate package they also have very generous allowance on trade-ins. Our old car was not very old but we had just sunk two thousand into it and it still wasn't working right, but to make the deal happen they gave us eight thousand for the rebate and trade in. We were very impressed and happy with the service. Since then I have been to their service department for oil changes and tire rotations and have been equally impressed with their service.

We recently bought a used Kia from a non-Kia dealer and wanted an actual Kia Dealer to check it out. Even thought we did not buy it from this particular dealer, the people there got us in right away with an appointment to check it over and were so very helpful answering some left over questions we had with our purchase.
