Western Reserve Historical Soc

The Historical Society is a fantastic place to step inside and take in all of the history they have there. I've spent many a day there culling the manuscripts, books, microfiche, genealogy films and more. The staff there will help you get started tracing your family and get you on your way. It's much easier to buy the membership so you can go as often as you'd like - and believe me, you'll like to go once you've been there.

they have a very unique museam, they have a very large train set they kids can control, they have clothing and automobiles from days past. they are free for the summer.

This is a great place to get a first hand look at history. The Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum has classic automobiles and aircraft on display. You can tour the Hay-Mckinney house and a rotating display of items at chisholm halle. Researching your family history? Then you need to spend some time in the library. It is considered to be one of the top four in the nation for this research. Open 7 day's a week (library 6 days), with reasonable prices. Friendly helpful staff. Great place for a family day out.

For Father's Day, I took my Dad and he had an exquiste time marvelling at the cars from the first car invented to today. He loved seeing the cars that he had owned at one time or another and the stories he told about each one. He truly enjoyed himself and I thoroughly loved it too!
