A multitude of customer service errors. I only selected RR based on a contractor recommendation and should have switched back to Levis4Floors after the first issue. Here they were:
1 - Returned the sample tile and left my choices, my name, and my number with a different sales rep because the rep I worked with wasn't there. Asked that I be called. That never happened. I called after a couple weeks. The guy was very easy going on my original visit - - I thought it was just soft sales; maybe he's just lazy?
2 - I worked with a different rep because of the above. He scheduled time to measure. He didn't show up. He said he put it on his calendar wrong. I took a half day off for this.
3 - Worked with ANOTHER rep who did a good job, I must say.
4 - I needed two trips because I needed to have subfloor repaired in between the removal and installation. I was called the day before removal to confirm. Cool. I was told I'd receive a call 30 minutes before arrival as well. That didn't happen - - he said the invoice didn't say he was to do this. Okay, this isn't a standard practice, apparently. Good to know. When they arrived, they thought they were removing and installing. That makes me wonder about their ability to properly schedule anything.
5 - Then comes the day of the installation. No confirmation call the day before, Around 10AM once the store opens, I call to get the installation number to find out if they are coming. In a good customer service company, the rep would have said, "Oh, let me call for you!" Anyway... Upon my call, I was told that the installer's van is broken down and they weren't sure if they could install it today. I took a day off for this. They could have called and told me this, right? How does RR not have their own vans?

So many customer service errors...ugh. Never again.

I like the selection and prices of Rite Rug and feel they can't be beat price-wise in most cases. My mom picked out berber for our cabin and we have been SO pleased with how they installed, and how well it is wearing. All of the guys who came to install were professional, and FAST! I will continue to purchase carpet here in the future!

Huge selection of high quality, great priced rugs. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. We found two rugs that were the right color and composition and put them side by side so we could compare. He helped us load our choice into our vehicle.
