My family stayed at the Holiday Inn Medina during the week of Sept 4. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although the light in my bathroom didn't work right and there were problems with the toilet flushing.
Our stay included a free breakfast each morning.
The restaurant staff was almost distainful to my children, even though the children were quiet and respectful. The staff pretty much ignored us, and if we asked for something (like a spoon, because they never gave us enough utensils), we were told in a hateful voice "I'll get it in a minute".
Yet I observed the staff being very pleasant to all the other customers there.
We were the only ones with children the whole week.
My children avoided the staff as much as they could, and I couldn't wait to get out of there each morning.
So, two thumbs down for the restaurant.

A Clean Pleasant Place To Stay

We stayed 3 nights at this newly renovated Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly and the bedding was wonderful. Price was very fair for the upscale area. We would stay there again. Thank you.
Pros: Great location and everything was new
Cons: Restaurant was very busy
