My Mom requires a patient lift in order for me to move her in and out of bed and couches. I was getting the lift through her insurance, when the lift was in need of repair, I contacted Hytech to come and fix it.

The first time they came out they didn't have the correct parts and it took another week before they came back out. When they did the representative told me he didn't know if what he was doing would work 100% but he was going to try it anyways.

Needless to say, their repair efforts fell short, so I called them to repair again and they said they couldn't figure it out and I was "On my own for repairs because I own the lift". They were still getting paid for the lift through my Mom's insurance, so I had to call another local health care company, who came out the same day and repaired the lift.

It is now working as it should, but I had to pay the other company to come out and fix when Hytech should have repaired for FREE!!!

Usually when you write a review like this it??s because you dealt with one person who just really disappointed you. I have now dealt with three different techs with this company. So I can only say that this company has no idea of it customer service flaws. The decisions start at the top and just filter their way down.

I work like everyone else and I am not available till after 4:30PM. The fist tech they set me with works on the far west side of town and don??t work past 4 PM. This tech asked if he could me met me at work which I declined. I work on a crowded work floor and don??t want anyone to know my business. Would you?

So tech A referred me to tech B. Now tech b came out to my house and we chatted and he asked what kind of equipment I wanted. I told him well I was most comfortable with a full face mask. I had a series of test and each tester used a different mask. He said, and I am paraphrasing, that they didn??t know what they were doing and I need a nasal pillow mask. To keep this part simple the nasal pillow didn??t work. There was so much pressure in the mask that it was blowing off. I called my doctor and started relating the story and the first question was why I didn??t have a face full face mask. And too call Hy tech and get a full face mask. So I called Tech B and asked for a full-face mask. He asked me if I was sure. He did place the order.

So Tech C calls me to set up an appointment. This is the 3rd different tech now. We talk for a bit. She understands from our conversation that I need this as quickly as possible. She wants to meet me at work. No can do. I get off after 4. She doesn??t work that late. She asked me what pressure my CPAP machine is set up for I tell her. She tells me that too much pressure for a nasal pillow. Says can she drop if off on her way home I sat okay. Tech C states that I can set this up on my own. She calls me an hour later asking if she can drop it off tomorrow something has come up.

No sense of customer service.

We have been customers of Hytech since our daughter was just a baby. They have always provided the absolutely BEST customer service I have ever seen. If insider pages offered more stars, they'd get TEN easily! When we moved last year from one county to another-a county they do not have an office in I might add, they had no problems continuing to DELIVER our child's health needs. It's a pretty far drive to get here, from there. I'm amazed they don't simply ship it. You could NOT find a better healthcare supply delivery service, no matter how hard you tried. They've worked hand in hand with our child's doctors-which are many-to be sure she is always getting the best she possibly can. They've solved many insurance problems as well We all know how insurance companies can be!

PROS: Awesome service-24/7 availability, DELIVERY available, teriffic employees
CONS: NONE!
