We bought our first home through Altobelli. The agent we dealt with was personable, professional, and polite. All of our questions were answered right away, we were able to view as many properties as needed as many times as we needed, and there was never a delay. During the process we were able to contact our agent at all times, if we had to leave a message our call was returned promptly. Follow up is another strong point, we were never left hanging. Even after the sale of the home had gone through the agent contacted us to make sure that everything was perfect.

There are many reasons I liked dealing with this Real Estate Office. When I called them with interest in seeing a property they had listed, the real estate gaent was prompt and polite when he returned my call.

The R.E. agent made a timely arrangement to see the property and was professional through the entire procedure. His negotiation skills were sharp, and the deal was closed quickly.

Not to mention the Niles branch is located in an attractive rennovated older house, with antique furniture to complete the decor. It also boasts a good location and available parking. A good company to deal with from my experience.

PROS: Professional through and through.
CONS: None I experienced.
