On 12/30 2005, I rented a car from your willoughby oh branch..I used the car till 1/4/2006 when I turned it in at your cleveland hts br and was credited with the amount of the orig $250 that you had charged on my visa credit card..I thought i was finished but your willoughby branch is continue=ing to draw $46.74 per day from my credit card even though i turned the car in on 1/4/2006..isn't this credit card fraud...i demand that this be discontinued and the amounts you have been drawing be reimbursed immediately...phone 216-513-1808 my email is doctoro@comcast.net

I recently reserved a car online. After discussing the size of car with my husband we decided to change the reservation. When I called this location the person I spoke to told me that I was getting the standard size rate for the discounted promotion. I said I understood, but we wanted to change it to an economy car to save $20. She repeated the first thing to me again. I then reminded her that I was the customer, and this is what I wanted. She then told me there was nothing available in the size I wanted. I asked if she could call around to other locations and if necessary transfer my reservation. She said, "no". I was astounded by the level of stubborness that I received from this person, so I took it upon myself to call the other locations. I actually found a very nice person at another location that was willing to do the research and find something by a deadline that he set for himself. Unfortunately, I ran out of time and had to go with the original reservation.

When we picked up the vehicle, not only was it dirty, but there was less than 1/8th of a gas tank full. We had to wait while the staff cleaned out and washed the car, then we had to stop to get gas, which took up more of our time.

I have rented from several locations, but this was the worst one in customer service and preparation.
