Snow Richard J Dvm - Snow-Ridge Veterinary Hospital

I can't believe what a horrible review that Catie G. wrote. Dr. Vago has never been rude in any way to me in all the years I have been going to him.First met Dr. Vago when he worked in the Cleveland Heights area. I know of no other Doctor who shows more compassion not only to our beloved family members but to their human parents. Dr. Vago is a very kind and wonderful person he has a high standard for the care he provides to his (clients) pets, he treats them all as if they were his own.If anyone is looking for that special, wonderful person to care for your family member(s) as if they were their own. There should not even be a second thought to coming to him, he comes highly recommended.

His staff is always been great with my pet children!

There aren't even enough starts to give or show how much he is well loved.

Extremely unsanitary and reeks of awful smelling pine seed. Over charged, at the drop of a dime. Music blasting in the background. Used items on my sick puppy then put the same objects back in the drawers for the next customer. Unbelievably rude, would NEVER in a MILLION years go back for a second visit!!!

You will not find a more caring vet in the city than Dr. Vago. Even before he opened his own vet office in Parma he became a trusted friend. He drove from the west side of Cleveland on his day off to help us out with our dog, Peri, who had suffered a heart attack. He picked up my sister at home and took her to the hospital with the dog. He did everything he could to save Peri. We will be forever grateful to him for the love and care he has given all our pets over the years. He has been our vet for over thirty years and has become a close family friend. Dr. Vago is the best!!!

I've just recently gone to Snow-Ridge Veterinary Hospital and what a breath of fresh air....I met Dr. Richard Vago for the first time and was very impressed. His office is clean and he greets his clients with a firm hand-shake. He dresses very professionally and some- how manages to put the "even new client/pet" at ease. I was really impressed in how he explains things...not using big words or certain expressions that are so technical that one often feels somewhat inferior ...he certainly doesn't try to "SNOW" the client as some previous vets have tried to do. I actually left the office with a great deal of learning after Dr. Vago made the diagnosis with my pet Scottie and prescribed medication. Thank you Doc Vago for all that you have done and I certainly will be back! Frank M.
