I had Donna put together a birthday bouquet for my wife somewhat last-minute. Not only did my wife ABSOLUTELY LOVE the bouquet, but it was also hand-delivered by the owner! Now that is some great service. Thanks!

I live in Seattle, and used Designs By Doe to send a bouquet to a friend at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. Designs By Doe tried to deliver the bouquet the same day I ordered, but the hospital insisted that my friend wasn't registered there. When they tried again the next day, they were told the same thing. Even though this was a very busy time for deliveries (New Year's Eve), they tried again several times that day, and the owner even walked the bouquet to the correct floor at OSU to try and leave it with the nurse's station there. Again, the hospital insisted that my friend was not registered. They eventually had to deliver the bouquet to my friend's home once she was released instead.
I was very impressed by the effort they made to get the flowers to my friend sooner, even though a hospital administration error was thwarting their attempts. The owner and staff were very helpful and courteous throughout. In times of economic hardship, it's customer service that makes or breaks a buying experience, and Designs By Doe went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. Thank you!

I purchased centerpieces and a spray for a graduation/award ceremony. The arrangements were stunning. We had rainbow roses floating in a serene globe filled with glass beads; so modern and contemporary. I dealt with both the owner and her son, who were both just fabulous to work with. Their ideas were phenomenal and in the end, I was truly satisfied. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone. They worked with me to stay within my budget and delivered top-notch, quality arrangements. Let them work their creative magic for your event. I definitely recommend them to all. Thanks!!!

My daughter and boyfriend was in Columbus for the week-end. Considering they were busy till late a snack/fruit basket for their hotel room was perfect for them. They asked about things that she would like and included those things into the crate. The crate was waiting for them in there hotel room and let me say it was very welcome after a long day. Everything was wonderful. The staff was SO helpful and even e-mailed me a picture of the basket. Although my daughter and her friend Really enjoyed their gift, I enjoyed it just as much. As a mother it was a good feeling knowing that at least they would have something good to eat though-out the week-end.

Donna provided a floral arrangement for my mothers' funeral. She was given an idea and she ran with it. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the nice thing was, they were in a vase that I could take home after the service to enjoy for the next week.
She does exceptional work and I would recommend her highly.

I contacted Designs by Doe to send a gift to my Aunt who was very sick in the Cancer Hospital in Columbus, OH - and I live in New Mexico. The staff at Designs by Doe were wonderful! They called me very promptly after leaving an after-hours message, and worked with me over a week to find the perfect thing for my Aunt. The delivery was packaged beautifully and my Aunt cherishes the gift to this day - at home and healthy! YEA! Thanks so much to these fine folks who allowed me to give my Aunt some love from all these miles away!

Designs by Doe does the most creative floral arrangements. I always know that I am going to get top-notch service from them, whether I am sending a wrapped bouquet, gift basket, or a bulb garden of fresh plants. There is a great artistry to every order I have placed with them. I feel that they are a superb value for the high quality I get in return. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for something above and beyond your typical florist.

I was planning to propose to my fiancee last month and wanted to make it very special. I planned to take her out on a special date on Saturday evening and wanted to kick it off just right. I called Designs by Doe and and ordered a special bouquet of roses to be delivered to her apartment right before I arrived there on Saturday evening. They didn't let me down. It was hard to find a florist to deliver on Saturday nights. But luckily, Designs by Doe does that (the only one I could find in Columbus, OH that does!). And the bouquet was amazing. It was the start of a perfect evening. Oh, by the way, she said YES!!

Her work is very artistic and creative. I am continuously amazed at the arrangements she makes. There are no two alike, they are all very personal works of art. Highly recommend!

Designs By Doe Floral Studio always has the most unique designs compared to other floral studios. They are constantly stepping outside the box to provide their customers with one of a kind pieces that will put the biggest smile on their face. Not only do they have unique pieces, but they have unique flowers as well.
