Coming Attractions Bridal

I have had 3 experiences with Coming Attractions over the last 4 years. When being measured for bridesmaid dresses they ordered dresses 3 to 4 sizes to large. When my sister had her wedding dress altered they refused to fix it after taking in 2 inches more than needed. She had to pay for an other alteration a week before the wedding. When I went to order my dress the woman gave me a snooty look and said "Bridesmate right?" It took 5-10 minutes for anyone to help me. Without knowing the problems my sister had, I paid $87 to have my dress altered. The woman measuring me yelled at me, telling me the look I wanted was not the look of the dress (I wanted the length shorter). When I picked up the dress the lady told me it looked nice, when in fact it was over an inch to large around the chest and had to be pulled up before every picture and pinned together with safety pins during the reception. I would rather pay twice the amount for good customer service and correct alterations. Neither my sister nor I lost or gained weight in the 6weeks it took to alter our dresses. The staff is rude and unwilling to help.

I am taking the time to do this review because I feel that only the ticked off people take the time to write these and I don't feel that is fair. Not only did I buy my gown at Coming Attractions four years ago but my sister, who just got engaged a few months ago, also found her dress there. When I bought my dress I was pregnant and not knowing what size I would be come time of the wedding I ordered bigger to be safe. As it turned out I did not gain any weight and the seamstress had to take in the dress three sizes. Something most seamstresses will not do. She did a beautiful job, it looked like I had ordered the dress to fit me. When we went this past January to look with my sister we were there on a very busy day and still we received the desired customer service. Guilianna even pulled some bridesmaids dresses for us that complimented the gown my sister decided on. To be fair out of the Seven bridesmaid only two that called in to order their dresses said they spoke with someone that they felt was rude to them. Hey, what business does not have a thing or two to work on? Overall, we received great customer service, the people we worked with were very nice and the price on the bridal gown and the bridesmaids dresses were unbeatable.

I was looking for bridesmaids dresses at this shop since I had already purchased my dress. They basically refused to help me because I would not look at wedding dresses. Also, there selection was not great and the prices were high for what other area shops were charging. Also, the stated the bridemaids would have to get their alterations done there, which was very expensive. Would not recommend!

This is a nice bridal store with friendly staff. But their selection is limited and has no Mother's Dress offerings. They give great deals when a wedding gown is purchased depending on how you pay, in full or half down. But the store is kind of run down and not as clean as you'd expect for a store that specializes in white dresses. The sample dresses are not in the best of shape which makes it harder to decide if you like the dress and want to order it. Giuliana is the only sales associate to work with-she is wonderful.

The customer service is very nice. Everyone gave us the attention we needed and were willing to help. The only problem we had was that the dresses were way too big. The girl sized everyone wrong. There was not one dress that fit properly- meaning they didn't even stay up. However, they were really nice and we were able to find alterations a bit cheaper elsewhere
