This isn't Rotolos pie, but its very good for what it is. Toppings seem fresh, and the crust is good. Sauce is a bit on the sweet side, and I always order "well done" as I think its a little under cooked to their standard cooking time. But over all, great balance...I will order again.
Pros: freash and well balanced.
Cons: Small eat in area.
Grandview has a very competitive market with many great pizza shops to choose from, this is definitely at the bottom of the list. Poor quality ingredients, totally overpriced for what you receive and cold on delivery makes this a bad choice. I have tried it many times due to the positive reviews and have been consistently let down....
Cons: Price, quality, service, etc.
I have lived across the street from the Cowtown pizza shop for the past two years and I still find their pizza as good as the first time I tried it. Even though there is a pizza shop right across the street from Cowtown that could easily add some variety to my diet, to me there is no choice. Excellent pie and usually a smile behind the counter to come with it.
Pros: Food and service
Cons: Maybe a little pricey
Excellent Pizza and quick Delivery!!!! The toppings aren't "run of the mill" and the everything pizza is the bomb...
We order from Cowtown usually once a week and have been since they opened. Great crust, great toppings, friendly staff and fast delivery! I love to get the veggie pizza, skip the eggplant and add pepperoni. If you pick up, the carry out is right next door for cold beers. Their strombolis are also very good and not too bready. We love Cowtown!!
I work at cowtown and the person that wrote the review about a cowtown employee stealing a credit card number when it was ordered online is completely false. first of all, when a customer orders online employees CANNOT see their credit card number/expiration date!!!!!!!! It must have been the cardholders fault. Please don't let this untrue information deter you from ordering Cowtown pizza!
Excellent pizza, it truly lives up to its name, ?Prime Grade?. I try to pick up a pie every time pass through town. The bold taste and excellent service keeps me coming back.
Cowtown Pizza is the best! I have traveled the globe (literally) and still found no equal! Their plain pepperoni is still my favorite. I live in Pennsylvania, so I am a bit outside their delivery area, but every time I pass through Columbus, I have to stop and pickup a pie to go?

The best thin crust pizza in town. Cowtown always puts the right amount of sauce and ingredients on each pizza. You will want to go back again...and again... Check out their menu @ cowtownpizzacom ...order online
The bar-b-que chicken pizza is terrific; good salads and great wings! Jason's service is always gracious and prompt. This pizzaria stands out in a crowded market.
I wanted to try Cowtown ever since I saw it open. Now, it's the only place we ever order pizza from. Best sauce, best crust, best cheese, and the prices are cheap for the quality you get! I also always order the cheesy bread, super yummy with a side of sauce. Wish there was more parking for pick-up orders...or wish they delivered to our part of UA. But it's worth the drive!! An added bonus, there is a carry out right next door!
Pros: Great pizza, great prices, carry-out next door
Cons: limited parking
This pizza is delicious! My wife and I have had it once a week since we moved to Grandview. The menu has a lot to choose from. The pizza toppings are numerous. There are quite a few pizza places in Grandview, most within walking distance to us. We even have one I can see from the front door. I will walk a bit further every time. This is the best in Grandview!
Pros: Large topping selection, bigger than average overall menu selection
Cons: No indoor seating
We heard nothing but good things about Cowtown and decided to try it for ourselves. It's very nice because they deliver, and the pizza reminded me of pizza I'd had in New York (yummy!). The menu is quite large, with many specialty pizzas, stromboli, subs and salads. They even serve wings! The only downfall was that the 1 topping pizza we ordered arrived with little of that topping. it was scattered about the pizza, but we were lucky to have 2 toppings on one slice. For what you pay, there should be more that comes with it. With all of the great pizza to choose from in the area (rotolo's, tommy's, grandad's, panzeras), it's definitely one we'd try again.
Pros: Delicious pizza
Cons: Needed more toppings for the price
I moved from Brooklyn to Columbus three months ago and constantly complained to my friends about the lack of good pizza in Columbus, but then I tried Cowtown. The crust and sauce are amazing, the toppings are delicious (especially the pepperoni), and they even make unique salads. If only Cowtown delivered to me in the suberbs........
The only thing bad I can say is it's too far from Delaware, OH for me to go there regularly. It's by far the best pizza in Columbus.
Pros: Best pizza in town.
This is a truly wonderful pizza, an adventure for your taste buds. I don't live in Columbus but when I am visiting there Cowtown Pizza is a must have for me. The sauce is has a delicious flavor neither too spicy nor too bland, the cheese is heavenly, the toppings are fresh and the dough is delectible and cooked to perfection! I can't say enough about this pizza. The only negative for me is that I don't live close enough to indulge my cravings! If you live in Columbus, take advantage and be thankful that you have this hidden treasure to feast on.
Pros: The outstanding food and service
Since my first taste of a Cowtown Pizza, I've not eaten pizza from anywhere else. Every one I've tried has been delicious, but I'll have to agree with others that the White Chicken Caesar is my favorite. A close second is the BBQ Chicken. They use a delicious sweet BBQ sauce, and add lots of chicken, bacon, and onions. If stromboli is your thing, you've just got to go to Cowtown. Their's is truly the best around. They also offer subs and salads. Be sure to try the Cosmopolitan salad. The food is great. The staff is very friendly. They deliver and are very speedy. What's not to love?
Pros: Great food and service
Cons: No inside dining
You can tell some time and care went into making this pizza taste good. I've only tried a couple different kinds, but it is the best around. Plus, it's a small, locally owned operation. Definitely give it a try.
Pros: Great tasting, quality food. Fast delivery.
Cons: Carryout and delivery only.
Pizzas, subs, salads, or sandwiches with the best ingredients, great spices. You can tell that whomever buys their ingredients loves good stuff. The sauce, pepperoni and cheese is amazing!
Why buy boring, bland pizza when this is available?
Pros: Great ingredients, high quality food, good serv ice
Cons: Patio dining only
Unfortunately I don't live in Columbus anymore but one of the first places I stop when I am back in town is Cowtown Pizza. The ingredients are always fresh and the pizza sauce is remarkable. My favorite items are the Stromboli and the Chicken Caesar pizza...The food at Cowtown Pizza definitely stands out among the rest of the "chain" pizza places.
Pros: They really care about the food
I have had pizza in more than half of the United States and in about 5 other countries, including Italy! But I have never had one as good as Cowtown Pizza's White Chicken Caesar Pizza. Most pizza shops have never heard of white pizza and look at you like you have two heads if you ask. Those who do offer it usually just have a bland lifeless pie.
But Cowtown does it right. Good white pizza can be fantastic and theirs is. They use 100% extra virgin olive oil and plenty of garlic and oregano. And I don't know what it is about their cheese, according to the menu Grande provolone, but it is incredible! This alone would make a great pie but they put a unique twist on it with the addition of chicken breast, feta cheese, and Caesar salad, on top of the pizza. I never would have thought to put these flavors together but I'm glad Cowtown did. I have made it my Saturday night ritual.
Pros: Great flavor combinations, delivery, friendly service
Cons: Haven't found one yet
This is great pizza. And the strombolis are excellent. We will order from them again and again and again.
The best 'Ohio Style' Pizza BY FAR!!! I couldn't stop at just a couple slices! All the ingrediants are fresh, and the best you can find. I can't go on enough about how delicious the pizza is.
If you are looking for outrageously good pizza. Its worth the call.
Best things on the menu: White Chicken Caesar Pizza, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Everything Stromboli but get green olives instead of black, Cosmopolitan Salad, & the Garlic Bread is fantastic!
Pros: Variety and truly flavorful
Cons: Only patio seating
This is my favorite new pizzeria in Columbus. It's flavorful and well made. The toppings are of much higher quality than what you'll get elsewhere in Columbus. You gotta try the stromboli too!
Pros: Great pizza and stromboli
Cons: I don't live in the delivery area
I've tried stromboli all over the country and have never found anything that even comes close. This is the best. Hands down. The Everything and the Italian Strombolis are absolutely fantastic! I don't know how they do it but this stuff rocks! I'm a customer for life.
Pros: Best stromboli in the world
Cons: Having to explain to people what stromboli is
