Terrible Service at Toyota Direct.

I went to an oil change for my car of which they did and did their normal fluid check. A few days later, on a very cold night, my car wouldn't heat, the engine light came on, the temperature gauge went to the hottest, and to make matters worst, the engine was smoking. Unfortunately, one of the service guys forgotten to replace my radiator cap. On calling them back, they were hesitant to admit negligence and suggested the car had a major problem. After missing work, I had the car towed back to them (at my expense), they run their diagnostic and found the head gasket, and thermostat needed replaced. They wanted me to pay $181.00 for the service, but I very well knew the problem was due to the missing radiator cap. Nonetheless, after screaming at him and rising each others temperature, the manager hesitantly "admitted" liability and fixed it. Their negligence not only cost me unnecessary expense, but also cost me 2 days off a paycheck. They say, the word of mouth is the best marketing tool, so here I am spreading the gospel of bad service received at Toyota Direct.

Very Satisfied with buying a car at Toyota Direct

I recently bought a new Corolla at TD. Mark, the salesman was willing to listen to what I needed in a car. He gave me a good deal on my Corolla and trade-in, which brought the price within my range. Toyota Direct offered me a better price on the Corolla than other dealerships I had visited that day- plus, unlike the other places, the color I wanted was in stock!
Even though our transaction lasted past business hours (I thought the place was open later than it was, and wound up there near to closing) the staff was friendly and courteous, and they stayed nearly two hours late to complete the financing and purchase, and "delivery".- I drove away with the Corolla that night.
I would absolutely recommend them. One tip is to know your target price (car-trade-in) so they can find a realistic match for you. My other tip is to look at their hours beforehand and arrive early so you don't keep them late like I did, as many of them have kids at home.

Toyota Direct has been great!

Five years ago, I was in need of a car. Driven the one that I had for 17 yrs. Nova 1987, Corolla engine, I must say she was faithful. I purchased a 2002 Saturn L200. I have had no problems with her and after I drive this one to the ground I will be back! I would recommend to my friends.

Toyota Direct is a dishonest

Overall, I was very unimpressed with this dealership. I had seen a car I wanted on their website and called the internet sales manager to make an appointment to come in and test drive it. When I arrived for my appointment, the sales person I spoke with was 20 mins late, which was annoying. Also when it came time to talk about price, the initial price that they came out with was higher than the one I had seen on the Internet and specifically asked about. When I pointed this out, they said "oh wait a minute" and came out again with a price that was lower than the original, but still higher than the one on the Internet. Overall, I didn't feel they were dealing in good faith.

Extremely Disatisfied - BEWARE Wouldn't even give one star!!!!

My son had his car fixed there. When my husband went with him to pick up the car he questioned the high price that they charged and asked if all Toyota dealerships charge this high a price He was basically told that they can charge what they want- you agreed. When he asked for the old part back they balked at giving it back and said that they were not required to return the part to the customer. Basically they were extremely nasty, rude and insulting. NEVER take your car there. A TOTAL RIPOFF.They don't even treat you nicely when you go to purchase a car with cash.... tell you that they will sell the car for one price, take your driver's license and then refuse to sell for the price that you agreed to. Basically told us to "come back when you can smell the coffee". I would NEVER step into that place myself.I

I am extremely dissatisfied with there after sales treatment of customers specially for used cars,they will just try to sell the junk to you and then charge you heavily for fixing even small parts like door locks which they wont disclose while selling.Also they screwed my title by putting a wrong mileage ,nobody even bothered while I was signing the papers to recheck the mileage on the odometer once more and when i went back to get it fixed ,they kept me waiting and said it doesn't matter and behaved as if it was my mistake .I wont recommend to buy anything from here.That's the truth!!!

I regularly get my oil changed here. They treat you like royalty. From calling you by your first name to a beautiful waiting area complete with hot and cold beverages, it doesn't get any better. Service is also quick, no pressure for additional work and the going rate for oil changes.

I have never purchased a vehicle from them, but have taken it in for service. They know what they are doing and do not charge an arm and a leg. I will be buying my next one from them.
