Mt Healthy Animal Hospital

I cannot say enough about Dr. Neubauer or his practice. I have a Pug who had terrible long lasting seizures and with no actual drugs he is completely free of all seizures! After several told me it was time for the dreaded phenol barbitol I began to think of what to do. My grandmother told me about Dr. Cane who originally owned the very same practice. She told me that he had given her dog acupuncture in the 60's and it stopped her seizures. Upon calling it turns out Dr. Neubauer replaced Dr. Cane when he retired and needless to say I will not go anywhere else. I have read many stories of people at their wits ends over seizures and epilepsy, and most of them don't need drugs at all. My dog was over vaccinated and full of Frontline! They just need Dr. Neubauer. I am a 31 year old man that almost cried after speaking to him because I knew Beau was going to be alright. The man is a god-send.

Within 1 week Dr. Neubauer had my 2yr old dog free from his rash on his flanks. He listened to my concerns and believed I knew best for my dog. He worked in partnership with things I had read and was concerned about with his knowledge and experience. I highly recommend this practice for your animal's care.

Doc Neubauer and the staff at Mt. Healthy have helped many of my rescues and injured strays. His knowledge and use of alternative medicine and treatment is stellar and have given the animals that I care for a superior turn around in their health and quality of life. His understanding of animal nutrition is also excellent. My family has always rescued and fostered injured and neglected animals, from birds to horses. City animals to farm animals. All usually needing a lot of care. When I located to Ohio, Mt. Healthy Animal Hospital was
recommended to me by the staff at Clifton Natural Foods. I am so grateful to have such an outstanding vet.

I am from Brazil and is a tradition to use alternative medicine in my country. Dr. Neubauer was indicated by a friend that had 2 cats with leukemia. The first cat I brought had FIV and was a rescue, a blindly respiratory infection that wouldn't go away for over 3 months. The first vet wanted to put Robin down. But I insisted and treated him with antibiotics until despair. Dr. Neubauer prescribe him a serum made in Germany, 4 pills during 4 weeks, one pill per week. On the second week, Robin was dry and sound, like a normal cat. I gave him a second pill and that was it. Dr. Neubauer treated Robin back in 2005 and since them, he has been my official vet. In December I found out that my baby cat that will be 10 years old in July 2009, had bladder stone and her BUN was 37, what would be the start of kidney failure. We changed diet for urinary SO and dr. Neubauer gave her a pill during 60 days. I came back, the BUN was down only to 36 and we could still see the 2 tiny stones. Then he changed to Hydrangea pill, and during 40 days I kept her on diet and the pill. (note that I had her on the diet during 4 months and nothing changed). Then last week I went back to ex-rays and blood test: her BUN is 29 and no signs of bladder stones. I took her to another vet for the X-rays, and before the results I told him about the Hydrangea pills and he was very skeptical. Then after both blood and X-rays results, he could not explain why? I know that dr. Neubauer is my hero, a very competent and loving professional. He will be my vet for life. I have 8 cats, and I rescue cats. I will tell everyone about my 2 miracles.

We have been taking our Dog Ivory to DR. Neubauer for several years. He has a love for animals that shows in his every action when working with a pet.He is, what we call, and Integrated Practitioner. A Vet that uses the right balance between natural and allopathic treatment and medications.

He will always be our first choice.

I have 6 cats and my Vet, Tim Early is wonderful with them. He's always ready to help with my concerns about them. My appointments are always arranged around my work day and it is a pleasure to walk into a cheerful office. The receptionist Jean is always wearing a smile. Fritz

This animal hospital specializes in Holistic petcare and does a wonderful job. The charges are modest and Dr. Robert Neubauer is very caring and thorough.
