The staff at this store are not helpful. Asking them a question gets you a look like "why are you bothering me?" The store seems smaller and has less to choose from than other best buys in the area. They also tried to hard sell me the warranty plan. Makes no sense to buy a $20 warranty for a $40 toaster oven does it?
