This would be the perfect place to go for a date. They have little tables with candles on them setting the mood. The food is some of the best Italian I have ever had and the staff are very courteous and friendly. It's not a large restaurant so you definitely have to make reservations beforehand but once you do, you don't have to wait and you are seated pretty quickly.

Guarino's is the oldest restaurant in Little Italy and has been serving Ohio for 85 years. Small and cozy with an old world victorian decor. White cotton tablecloths, candles burning on each table. Southern Italian cruisine with northern Italian dishes, seafood and steaks. Make reservations as seating and parking are limited. Be prepared to relax and enjoy great Italian food.
