Kmart

The Kmart name invokes the american store values, blue light specials, wonderful buys for all. Then this store appears.

The store by us has went down hill the past two years. They have cashiers up front who could care less if you were in line. Half the time you can't find one to check you out. You have employees in the departments who are AWOL.

When the sale items are supposed to be in the store, they give you a raincheck which means nothing. Often times I have one and still can't find the advertised items weeks afterwards.

The stores cleanliness is a true issue as well. It's a poor example of the all-american Kmart stores.

CONS: Customer service - poor cleanliness - Not properly stocked

I have shopped here for many years, and I do like this Kmart store. They have a nice selection of shoes and clothes for the family. They carry some light weight furniture items and houseware items. They also carry jewelry and most of it is of a decent quality. The prices are good and I've always been happy with my purchases from this Kmart store. If you do have to make a return just have your receipt handy, and it is no problem.

I like to shop at this Kmart store because I can find some nice bargains on clothes for my kids. They carry a nice variety of clothes and I enjoy shopping here for other things as well. The prices are good and I also like the fact that they offer a lay- a- way plan. This is good because if you don't have the money when a specific item goes on sale, you can put it in lay-a-way and make payments on it. There are not that many stores around that have this anymore, so take advantage of it.
