I thought the service was a little slow, not sure how much business they get but they definitely don't see to hurry. The person taking my order was always pushing back on the deadline, I wondered if they would charge me more if I asked for a rush order. The quality was OK, but again they are not on the cheap side. A couple of times I was told that repair was impossible while another place was able to take care of it.
