I visited this store once and announced to the manager that this would be my first and last visit. I went to purchase computer equipment. Approximately 10 sales staff were stading in a group talking and not one appraoached me when I entered te store. I walked over to the group and asked for directions to the aisle in which the item I desired was located. I was pointed into the direction without being given individual assistance. When I went to the register to pay for my purchase the computer went down and I had to wait for 15 minutes to buy the item. Not recommended!

Staff is totally incompetent. Most have the brain of a small farm animal. Cannot get any information relating to appliances. They can't even scan gift cards correctly. It's cheap, so that's why people shop there.

Every one opf these i have ever been in is a joke. I hate the sales atmosphere that exists and really dont feel comfortable at any of their stores. But we shop there becasue they are the cheapest.

The store is worn and dirty. It looks shady and the salespeople don't help the impression. However, the prices on appliances are the lowest in town.

Had terrible service. My delivery was 6 hours late and when I called to check on them (4 times total) they did not even know where the delivery guy was for 2 hours. They did not know how to setup the washer and thought it was defective so they scheduled a service call. Two days later that guy came out and said it was just hooked up wrong, but did not balance it. After calling the service manager he offered nothing, except saying the delivery guy was on his first day and the service guy just made a mistake. He finally agreed to credit back the delivery cost.

I will never shop at HH Gregg again - I purchased a washer & dryer from HH Gregg and had them delivered. They were 6 hours late delivering - without a phone call (I ended up calling them) and then installed it incorrectly and I had water all over my kitchen floor! It was a mess and they were not very responsive to make my experience better.

I really don't like this H H Gregg at all! When I came here last, all of the male employees kept staring at me like it was the first time any of them had seen a women!! It made me feel so awkward, you don't even realize. I WOULD NOT recommend this location, not to women atleast. Guys will probably be fine, though.
