This place moved around alot. I think this last time they just finally closed up shop in Warren. Atleast I have no heard of them being in any other location.

I took my daughter down there to get a hair cut, since they would not take appointments. We got there an hour before closing time, and they would not take her in, they said it was to late! They had not told me that on the phone. Good parking but that's it. Not very nice either.

Closed Up Shop

Raphaels in Warren moved more times than I change hair styles. It used to be nice to be able to go there and have one of the stylists in training cut hair for a highly reduced price. I was always satisfied. Unfortunately this last time they closed their location they have not opened another one up in the area.
