My mother who lives over 4 hours away purchased her new Cobalt last month one day before the big snow storm. All the paperwork was done but she couldn??t pick it up because of the snow. George (her salesman) had her new car shipped on a trailer and delivered to her the next day. Mom is not the computer type but wanted to make sure everyone knew how much she appreciated this. ??Keep up the good Work?!!!!

After our very poor experience shopping Chevrolet in Boardman, a friend of ours told us about their pleasant experience at Greenwood Chevrolet so we gave them a try. Our salesman Norm was very friendly and patient. We didn't feel pressured and after looking at about 10 cars we found the perfect one. It was a very smooth transaction and even getting financed was easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new Chevy!!!

I recently bought a vehicle at Greenwood and was NOT happy. The salesman, Frank, was the worst salesman we've ever dealt with. He didn't answer many of my questions. He told me twice he'd show me around the vehicle and he never did. Instead he sent some guy who was drinking coffee out to show me how to use the dvd player, and that guy had to leave because his lunch date had arrived. We had to take the vehicle in THREE times for service in the two weeks following the purchase and they did give us a free rental car each time. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT: They left a RAZOR BLADE on the seat after they detailed it and my 5 year old almost sat on it!!! The only 2 people there who seemed the least bit professional were Don & Carol who helped me finance the car! They were very pleasant every time we had to deal with them, although they did mess up the paperwork and 3 weeks later we're still getting letters from the finance company. Looking back I'm not sure why I still bought the car but I know I won't be back, ever!

Some of their prices to fix your car seem high, but you can't beat the service! I took my brand new camaro in there and when i got it back noticed scratches on my bumper. I took it back in and within 2 days my whole car was repainted, and we got a free rental to use during the repairs! No questions asked! Would definitely recommend!
