First Watch

Awesome ---always have healthy,fresh and delicious Breakfest,brunch,lunch. Service is fast and friendly As well. Like how they Always have water on the table, which Is nice. Try it out!!

Today was my second visit to First Watch in as many years. All the negative reviews couldn't be further from true. Maybe all the cons and complaints came from sheltered and spoiled tourists. The food was terrific, with excellent service. The food does not compare to any "Denny's" or "Waffle House", as some buckeyes complained. No cons were found by me or anyone in my party. I suggest anyone who is capable, experience it for yourself and make your own judgment. They also have a wide variety of healthy options and very large portions. This is a MUST TRY restaurant! and tip your server like they deserve!

Pros: Walking distance of a lot of hotels

Cons: it is such a great place it is always busy! that is a good con to have.

We went there on Fathers Day at 930, and waited about 15 min to be seated. There was free coffee while we waited. Our order was taken promptly, and our food arrived in less than 5 min. Some people say that the food is overpriced, but I dont know many places you can get an entree for less than $6-7. Will come back.

I tried this breakfast place on a friends recommendation. The servers were bright and cheerful and the place was lively at 9:30am on a Tuesday. I had the Chikichanga and a blueberry pancake it was great tasting, but just too much (My eyes were bigger than my stomach). I will definitely return but order less next time.

Pros: No better breakfast out of my grandma's house

THE FOOD WAS OVER PRICED, THE SERVERS AND MANAGERS BOTHER YOU TO DEATH. THERE IS NO PARKING. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER, AND YEAH IT IS HEALTHY IF YOU WANT TO EAT VEGGIES FOR BREAKFAST. NOT MY KINDOF PLACE FOR SURE. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WEIRDED ME OUT !!

If this is the best Cincinnati has to offer for breakfast, then breakfast is not worth going out for... FirstWatch is basically a dressed-up Denny's, and that's being generous. With over 70 locations across the country, there is nothing original about First Watch. If you like Applebee's then this might be the place for you... If not, keep looking.

Cincinnati owes much to the restaurant of First Watch.
Continually every weekend the restaurant is packed from open to close with families out shopping or eating brunch after sunday service. No other restaurant in the city holds such high standards for a clean and vibrant atmosphere for enjoying a deliciuos meal with any crowd on a sunny sunday morning. The food ranges from healthy, clean, and light to deliciously devillish.

I did not find the atmosphere inviting and it was cold. We waited too long for service. Most of all it was just too small to accomodate the crowd. That sums it up, just too small.

Clean, fresh air and smiles. The wait, if there is one, is an anticipation to join a celebration of peaceful mornings. For some reason smoke free envirenments are quieter. Add beautiful plate arrangements to entise your taste buds that are served with a smile and you're guarenteed a great day. Yo are waited on in a very timely manor which says there is plenty of help on board. There is never a question of "how much of a tip should I leave". The best for the the best.

FirstWatch has a wonderful selection for breakfast and lunch. Because of the limited hours there is almost always a wait but the food is well worth it. The menu has something to satisfy everyone. When we have guests in town, this is a favorite!

First Watch is the trendy place to go for breakfast but the lines are long and definitely not worth the wait. The food is not any better than the typical diner fare....

You have to get there early, everytime I go for lunch they are packed, no matter what day. I love their food you have a range of foods for breakfast and lunch. My favorite is the quesadillas they are the best.

Sure, the food is passable, but who wants to stand out in the cold with all of those plastic lemmings, who attend just to be seen, waiting to eat the stuff. Once inside, it's hard to taste the food, anyhow, because the odor of all that expensive perfume and aftershave lingering in the air overwhelms your olfactory senses. And what ever happened to a hearty breakfast that stokes up your blast furnace for the energetic day ahead? You have to eat a wheelbarrow of the Wretch's sprouts and avocados to equal the carb loading of a normal breakfast. To top it all off, there's NO GOETTA to be had here at all: California wannabes don't know from goetta.

This restaurant offers a wonderful variety of choices and good prices. There is always a wait and I wish they were open longer hours. But, its a great place to start your day.

After hearing so much "good" about First Watch, my husband and I were highly dissappointed with our visit there. The service overall, not just one person, was rude. Slightly obnoxious is putting it nicely.

I've never been to this restaraunt when I didn't starve while waiting to be seated. The managers could at least offer coffee without me having to ask. I've been there about ten times only because it's in the middle of a big shopping center very close to everything. However, "my favorite thing" was never the same. The food was definately very bland and most of the time not cooked right. And, it's expensive

As usual, the food at First Watch was incredible. The bacon, onion and cheese skillet was piping hot and delicious. And the pancake was huge! covered the whole plate. You will not be disappointed!

as a vegetarian, i love this place. they offer a variety of GOOD dishes without meat. its hard to find a restarunt that will offer you more than a good ol' quality salad if you're not into the whole meat thing.....thank god somebody cares!! if you've never been here, i strongly reccomend the brunch...

They have really good cajun omlets and overall good breakfast items.

Everytime I've been to First Watch, I've had to wait for seat, even if I am by myself. But the food and the service is well worth the wait. It's an ideal place for breakfast meetings and family brunches. They have perhaps the best omelettes I've ever encountered outside of a home kitchen.

First watch has a big menu and the food is great.

I have been a professional chef for 20 years there good but not a 10 maybe a 8. To loud you can hardly talk to your friends. I can go to Perkins and get food this good.
