I went there to purchase a dvd-rom drive with a SATA connection. They had 10 different models but everything was still EIDE on the shelf. Motherboards have had SATA for years now and I'm surprised I again found nothing I could buy there. I had a similar issue six months ago looking for a GeForce video card. Go to Micro Center instead; they had six SATA units in stock and the pricing was about $20.00 less when comparing similar models in EIDE format.

Best buy is a great place to buy any and all your electronic needs they have most everything and they have cds from most every artist. My only complaint is when you go during christmas time there is just way to many people in the store

The people her were very helpful on helping me find exactly what i needed. The store also has a great selection and good prices. Their products all top of the line and as from past experience customer service and warentys are great from here.

We have shopped at this Best Buy for a few years now and have been very pleased with the service and helpfullness of the employees. We have bought computers, stereos and phones here and have never had a problem.
