I absolutely love this place! The only thing I strongly dislike about it are the employees who run the front desk area. They are so rude, and make you feel like they are so put out by having to take time to answer a question. Luckily I know the place very well and never need to talk to them anymore. But the facility it huge and just gorgeous with so much to offer! I love taking the classes, there are so many different ones to choose from and they're offered at many different times. I also love the kids castle and tree, my daughter never gets tired of it! I really wish they hired people who weren't so uncaring and rude, but oh well, can't have it all. Overall I absolutely love this place!!

is a rip off.... They have a great facility.... It was a wonderful place to go to until we started meeting up with all the people who did not like children swimming in the pool. The Nat pares down the "open swim" hours to only a few hours a week. We moved here in the spring and "understood" the hours for children during the summer. However, in August the hours were brought down to only Fridays 5pm-9pm, Saturdays and Sundays 1pm-7pm. We pay for a family package and pay full price for our child. Our child is not allowed to use the facility on a regular basis, so we are now contractually obligated to pay for the time that our child is not allowed to use. I don't want to have to pay a babysitter every time I go to swim, so by proxy I cannot use my membership either. Quite the racket they have going there.

I joined about 2 months ago and love it! They offer many different classes at all different times, day & evening. They have a great pool area for kids and a kids castle where they will watch your kids for up to 2 hours. I love the track and fitness area upstairs. They also have the weights downstairs which seem to be plenty for me (I don't really know that much about what should be in a weight area tho, lol). It's a great facility, my family and I go a few times a week. Only drawbacks are that the pool water sprayers and slide aren't open more often and my sister had a couple bad experiences with the same front desk person who had an attitude.

Newly relocated to the area, I was anxious to find a quality gym not only to workout but also to feel part of the community and meet people. My first visit to the Natatorium was met with a very unfriendly young lady at the front desk who did not have time for questions and when asked about trying the gym for a day her response was "we don't give things for free here". She walked away leaving us standing at the counter amazed at our first impression. We paid the daily rate and worked out. The free weights section is extremely limited in regards to equipment and definitely caters to the physical therapy part of their business. Basic machines found in most gyms didn't even exist here. When we inquired about this we were told the girl in charge of that doesn't work out so she doesn't know what to get. Regardless we came back for a couple of weeks but the experience just continued to go down hill. The front desk staff are mostly young kids who have pay little attention to the needs of the paying members. Trying to get information was a joke as you would get different answers from everyone you asked. Finally when we did inquire about joining, due to no other gym near us, we found out that because we live less then half a mile from the city limits of CF we had to pay $200 more to do the month to month plan. We had already paid $150 for some single days and a month to try it each. One would think they could work with us but instead they were all about the money. Even that bit of information was presented in a very sarcastic and "take it or leave it manner". We chose another gym where we are much happier. Later, as we met new neighbors and the such we found out that many people wont work out there due to the same sorts of issues. It really is a shame that the do not seem to have any true management and leadership to make it an amazing facility. I guess its cheaper to hire kids to run it.

The new "Nat" is a great place to work out. I think that they offer a lot of different activities, classes, machines, etc. Furthermore, they have ample amounts so that you are not constantly waiting for everybody else to finish. The only downer is that the price went up a bit because it is brand new. Hopefully it will go down or stay at this rate when the economy increases.

The Natatorium in Cuyahoga Falls is an awesome place for all ages. Open 7 days a week, this center has many programs and activities to offer. Parents can drop off the little ones at the "Kids Castle" babysitting facility while they work out or just plain relax! The "Nat" offers an auxiliary gymnasium, racquetball courts, and gymnasium that is 10,000 sq. ft. Enjoy the exercise and fitness equipment that is offered. Also offered is a track on the upper floor. There are many group fitness activities to check out for all ages.
The Natatorium also offers a banquet and confernce center, healthy snack bar, and about every single exercise equipment you can imagine!
