A D- rating on BBB should be a dead giveaway at the kind of experience you can expect from this company...I worked in the Tech department and there is literately NO plan and NO testing. Everything is pretty much just thrown together with a hope for the best.

Customer Service? I don't count on it, there is only 3 phones in the whole place and we were all told never to answer them. I'm serious, David Fachman and the Tech supervisor I won't name (because he was just doing what David told him to do) told me this my first day.

It's an anything goes kind of workplace, there's an astoundingly high turnover rate. David will send you to another country and then cancel your flight if he wants you to stay longer. Even if the return date was agreed upon as a requirement of you actually going! He'll promise bonuses as incentives then revoke them because he wasn't happy with the result. He'll try to shove 2 months of work into a week and then wonder why it looks like ... and blame everyone else.

There couldn't be more wrong with this place as a business and a workplace. Avoid at all costs, the extra money to buy your props and equipment from a reputable business is an investment in your sanity. I'm being 100% serious when I say that buying props from this place is like buying an iphone made by Aboriginal people. It'll basically be a pile of .... in the shape of something nice.

Purchased over $15k worth of stuff for our 2008 Haunt. I'm not Not Happy. All the promises were made, but we didn't get any support. Shipped incomplete, after full payment was made ahead of time. remaining Components arrive 2 months later, not functioning as ordered or properly. Next to know tech support, unanswered emails, phone calls, no communication. Will not spend my money here again.

I called tech support, no return phone call, no one there to answer simple question how to connect item.
We plan to send items back to Scarefactory! No excuse for this!

no shipment of products months after full payment. bad quality props. no tech support or customer service. and no phone call return. what else is there to say. the only thing scary about the scarefactory is their business practices.
