Ichiban Salon & Day Spa

Have been going to Ichiban for over 5 years. I love my colorist and my stylist. The staff is very friendly. Their prices have been reduced and I love that. The service and their expertise is excellent

Went here for the first time after reading their ad that they had reduced prices. One haircut and highlight later, I left paying $185! The colorist was a lovely person, but the stylist wasn't very friendly. As far as quality, it was comparable to color and cut I've had elsewhere for around $100. Adequate, but for that money, I'd expect to receive something more impressive.

I was thrilled to stumble across this salon. I've utilized their services for hair cut, color, pedicure, and massage and they are great. If you feel they are pricey, then you've never had a precision cut or worked with a good colorist. I moved here from St. Louis 15 years ago and was accustomed to paying $75 in 1993 for a good hair cut. It has taken me that long to find someone who can cut hair in Cleveland without making me look like I live in Parma! I find the staff to be very friendly and accomodating, not at all snooty, and actually very entertaining. I love having a glass of wine while I get my hair done, and feel like I'm being pampered every time I go there.

Hey, like every woman, we are particular about our hair. Has to
be just right. Well, I can say you do a good job, and I loved my hair
but I have loved my hair before at half the cost. Where do you people get off thinking you can charge those prices? If I wanted a massage, I would pay $65.00 for a full body massage. Stick to the hair. I don't need internet, cappuccino or massage. I need a great
hair do and a RESONIBLE COST! Your good, but better come down to reality!!!

I used to work here but had to quit for my own reasons. It is one of the best salons that I have ever worked. Yes, there prices are a little more expensive but it is definitely worth it. You get excellent service and everybody is so friendly. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants quality service on hair, nails, and massage.

This is the place to be pampered! The stylists are up to date on the latest styles. It is a bit pricey here, but definitely worth it. The manicures and pedicures are to die for - I always walk out of there completely relaxed and feeling very polished. This salon is clean and the staff is professional (kind of snobby though). The interior is decorated with a trendy flair and is very neat and clean. They sometimes have a wait, even if you have an appointment.
